Roeland Park Shopping Center — Local services in Roeland Park

This store is ok if you need something in a pinch. Always has trashy parking lot, lots of dips, watch how you walk. They don't have enough handicap parking. Parking in general at this location is a mess. Inside the store, is the (normal) long lines, even self check (long lines).

Store is always a mess, women's dressing (good luck) always a mess, piled up shopping carts, can't even get by to a dressing room. I myself try to avoid this at all cost. To be honest, this store has always been a hot mess, since it opened. Maybe now (cvs) in back is gone, that can expand.

Corporate office, doesn't care about this location, never have. Once in awhile you get a really nice cashier, but be sure they won't be there...

I have only been to the Walmart in Roeland Park Kansas maybe a handful of times this time I laid my phone down I forgot it ever clothing so it was too late to call so the next morning about eight or nine I made my way over there to the customer service lady was very polite ask me a few questions about my phone but there it was one of the employees had found it as he or she was stocking suppose this speaks volumes as to the kind of employees you found

Ordered on-line at Walmart.com for pick up. Got to the store, went where on-line purchases were picked last time I was there. It had moved to "where you walk in". Went to the front of the store (customer service). "Not here. Let me call some one". They sent me to the check cashing counter. "Not here. Let me call someone" this is 40 minutes of me in the store. At this point a "Team Leader" came over. He found an employee to help me, but she said she was going to do something else. While they argued in front of me and other customers, I left, cancelled the order and bought the item...
