I've had average at best experiences at this location, but tonight's experience was what motivated me to finally review this location.
I placed an order on the mobile app ahead of time. When I got to the location, there was no response at the drive-thru even though I knew they were open. Waited for several minutes giving them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe the senor or something was messed up as it's obviously an older building and drive-thru. Nothing. Finally decided to pull up to the second window. I could hear voices; they were loud enough that I could hear them through the closed windows. Someone finally opens the window and doesn't even greet me or anything, he just stares at me acting like I interrupted something. I let him know that I'm picking up a mobile order. He leaves, again without saying anything. Three people crowd around the terminal, presumably checking to see if they have any orders. Another person, a fourth, finally pokes his head out and asks me to pull out front while they make the order.
About 5 minutes pass or so, and the fourth associate brings us the order. Everything appeared to be in the bag - no way I wasn't going to check the food out before leaving after that experience.
Overall, the food was fine. The burgers - I think they call it the Stack King or whatever, their new burger, it was actually pretty good. The nuggets were fine too. The jalapeno cheese poppers tasted, and felt, old though. Like if they were sitting around for some time. Apparently that's an ongoing issue at this location based on other reviews. I likely will not be back at this location though. Not unless it gets new management and the house gets...
Read moreZero stars are not one of the choices, otherwise, they wouldn't have even gotten one star. I haven't been there in quite some time, but bought lunch for two people. There was a gentleman covering the front register and putting together orders for the drive-thru. One of the drinks was supposed to be sweet tea. I wasn't sure which tea it was in the lobby, so asked which one was sweet tea. He said he would get it, but gave me plain tea. He knew I ordered sweet tea. The returning cashier told him also. I asked 3 times for ketchup. He just kept saying it's in the bag. The first time, I looked in the bag and saw a few were in there, but asked for ketchup twice more. I guess extra ketchup is too much for them. He really was pretty well ignoring me, even when the drive-thru was cleared and his cashier. He just stood there staring at me. He had no name tag showing, wearing a black jacket, and I didn't get the receipts. I'm not gonna ask for a free meal, drink, whatever, because I won't be back. I don't give a bad review, then let someone handle my food. Given his composure, he acted like he really didn't...
Read moreMe and my girlfriend had an interesting experience in the parking lot of this burger king two days ago. We were being dropped off by a good friend to be picked up by another good friend and as our ride pulled up we were yelled at by an extremely overweight blond woman employee, telling us "we can't do that ". We were confused and asked what we couldn't do.. she replied "ask people for money". Both the party dropping us off and the party picking us up were deeply offended and amazed that we were accused of begging while we had exited our friends car, and had been talking with him for a good deal of time. Most of the employees at this location are very kind and personable, but the woman in her third trimester is so unnecessarily rude and judgemental she should consider giving up the triplets she is due to birth any day now for adoption, as any child with a parent that ignorant and rude will surely grow up with irreparable...
