I usually enjoy this location however I stopped by last night and tried to order the new crispy chicken sandwich taco they’ve been advertising. I sat at the speaker for approximately 4-5 minutes without anyone saying a word to me. They finally said they were ready for my order and I tried to order the chicken tacos when I was told they were out. Disappointing as I drove 15 minutes to this Taco Bell from work, but no big deal, I manage restaurants and understand it happens. I order other stuff for a total of $24. I pull up to the window, pay, get my drink, then the woman hands me a tiny bag and says “here you go.” Then closes the window. “Here you go” isn’t really a send off so I waited for her to open the window and when she did again I asked her if everything was in that bag and if I was good to go. She says yes, and closes the window again. I quickly pulled away and left as I understand the concept off drive thru timers and how frustrating it is when people sit there and run up your time. However I now regret that as when I got home and opened the seemingly tiny bag, I had about 3 items of my whole order. (I ordered for myself and my roommates.) I was missing 4 hardshell tacos, the sauce I asked for, and a quesadilla. So I paid $24 for a nachos bell grande, 2 bean and cheese burritos, and bad...
Read moreLate night order for family. Pintos and cheese were watery, cold, no sauce or cheese so nobody had beans with their expensive meal. Called the following day to speak with a manager. First of all, I am disabled but don't need the beans without the meal. My daughter picked up this order for me. First manager I spoke with said she would make the beans right if I came in then. I called corporate over this and was told the beans would be replaced with another order. When my daughter went in, that same day, she was told by a manager they know nothing about this. Corporate finally sent me dated coupons which can only be used one at a time WITH yet another order each time. Good for their business I guess. Any time we go to Taco Bell (not just this one), we check for the number of items but I guess they expect you to unwrap each item to get what you ordered. This was a first on the beans. Neither the store managers nor the corporate care people act like they care how satisfied their...
Read moreIn the passed three years I have lived in the apartments nearby, and in all of that time I can firmly say that this is by far the WORST Taco Bell, I have ever had the displeasure of losing my money to.
Every time. My order is wrong, or missing. It does not matter the time of day, it does not matter the manager, it does not matter. whether I use the app or not, it does not matter that I arrive one day, disgruntled and TELL them to their face, that they get my order wrong everytime. It WILL. without fail, be wrong, and my time, and money will have been wasted.
It doesn't help that the staff are ALWAYS unhelpful when asking them fix it. God forbid, you ask for your Receipt. For the love of your dollar bill. Go somewhere else. ANYwhere else. The convenience of proximity Is Never worth the headache.
I should never pull up to the drive through lane and EXPECT my order to be wrong. It is absolutely unacceptable.
The Taco Bell on Johnson Drive is never failed me....
