
Started at D1 about a month ago. I am 20 classes in and have lost 6 pounds. For me that is a HUGE accomplishment. I had a hysterectomy 6 years ago and my body has gone through so many changes since. About 2 years ago is when the weight started packing on and nothing I did helped. I tried going to the gym by myself, but never lost a pound. I had turned to my Dr and had some meds before and lost 20 lbs but it came right back after being on another med. I went hunting for the right place for me. I didnt want to use meds again to lose weight. I wanted to work for it and lose it. It's still a struggle for me but knowing I've done 6 lbs on my own based on the workouts the trainers provide and that gives me a lot of hope. I have already been able to increase my weights by a few pounds so I can see the strength I'm building as well. I've needed the motivation and the guidance to really get me going. From the moment I signed up for a tryout class with Spencer over the phone to signing up for the membership with Bri after just my second tryout class. Spencer was welcoming over the phone and in person. Bri was kind and helpful and played a role in me signing up for membership. Jim is awesome and has done great in managing a truly thriving environment. Everyone one staff is friendly. The adult classes were very challenging for me in the beginning and honestly still are, but I have made improvements I don’t think I could’ve with out the encouragement from the trainers. Nate and Jackson are the trainers I have done the majority of the classes with and they do a terrific job. They have helped me correct form and challenge me and they do both in a kind and encouraging manner. Read moreAbsolutely love this place. I signed up for a free group class and felt motivated not only by the exercises but also the staff even on day one. I love the way the workouts are set up with repetitions so you can push yourself at your pace. Bri was the first person I had communicated with and she was so kind and informative. The staff was not in a rush for me to pay and it showed their sincere care for their patrons. I typically did the 7am workout with Seth or Nate and both were very patient to assist me with doing the exercises I didn’t know. I already feel stronger with two weeks of going there and I will be back when I’m in the area....
