The people at the store was awesome!! Especially this guy named Hunter. He does really good helping you with what your looking for. But I probably won't buy anything else from them. Unless I really check it out first.Because after my bed was delivered. It actually fell apart. I put the mattress on and sat down and it went straight to the floor on one end. I had to run to the hardware store and get longer screws. Because the screws was not the right length and had worked themselves out of the frame. Only about a pencil lead length. Was actually in the frame. If that and half of them was hanging out or missing. To support the the Small boards that supports the mattress. So I had to replace all screws to proper size. The customer service is right on!! But make sure to check the product out really good before purchase. The delivery driver was really nice and helpful. But he assumed I had a circle drive. I tried to stop him before he turned in front of my house. But when he did stop. I pointed and showed him how to get turned around. When he left he continued into the yard like it was a circle drive and ran over my animals graves. I Had to clean the stones with their names on it off and put them back in place. So, I know I won't use the delivery again. For sure. I was actually going to take a tip for him up to the store. Because I didn't have cash on me. But I think we are even. Because of what I had to do after he left. Especially the not listening to me on how to turn around and ran over my animals graves. But again the customer service at the store...

Overall my husband and I are happy with the process of buying our huge King size bedroom set. Good price for a solid wood set. Nick was awesome, answered every one of my 100 questions, and was so patient. A day late on delivery but no big deal. The delivery guys were awesome too. Extremely careful with the furniture while unloading in my small apartment. My only complaint and reason for not a 5-star rating is the quality of craftsmanship of the furniture itself. I watched the delivery guys and the furniture was wrapped so I know it was no fault of theirs. Paid almost 2k for this (which was cheaper than most places), but I still expected a little better. Most of the wood is still pretty rough. Blanket and pillow case fibers get caught in the wood splinters and the nightstand drawers are pretty rough too. Highly recommended! I looked all over town to get ideas on what I wanted and what kind of price and financing I would be looking at. This was my first stop, and I came back at the end of the day after looking everywhere else. David was super friendly, patient, not at all pushy, and assured me he would offer me the best financing and beat anybody's price. He wasn't lying. He let me look through his supplier books when I couldn't find what I wanted on his sales floor, made me an awesome deal, and his delivery guys were great, very friendly and professional, cleaned up after themselves, didn't damage anything, and he made sure to give me a follow up call just to make sure I was happy.
