Went to popeyes on west walnut in Rogers Arkansas tonight this is what happened. I went to popeyes tonight for dinner for the family and I had a coupon for a 14 piece family meal with 2 LG sides and 7 biscuits. This meal is supposed to feed 7 people. Needless to say we got to the speaker to order at drive thru and we placed our order. We were asked what 2 LG sides we would like and we informed them that we wanted both sides to be mashed potatoes and gravy and that we wanted the gravy on the side. We get to the window and before we leave we check the order to ensure that it is correct. We look at the little bit of gravy that they gave us for 7 people and asked them if we could get more gravy because that was not enough gravy for 7 people. The manager proceeds to tell us (not in very good english) that you only get 3 scoops of gravy for a LG mashed potatoes. I then informed her that we got 2 LG mashed potatoes and gravy. She then took back the gravy that was actually in a small side bowl but was not full and tried to replace it with 2 clear condiment cup that you put the sauces in and I proceeded to tell the manager to give me the bowl back and I would just leave a bad review. I then left popeyes and proceeded to KFC to get 2 LG mashed potatoes and gravy from them. So now I have 2 orders of LG mashed potatoes and gravy from both places for comparison and I will definitely be going back to KFC since I can get more gravy with my mashed potatoes with them. Remind you they only gave us enough gravy for 1 person and that was it and then the manager of popeyes told me if I wanted more than that I would have to pay for more and I told her that I should have gotten enough to atleast feed 7 people because that was the meal that I ordered. I am definitely done with popeyes so look out KFC here we come. Putting photos for proof and comparison. It's pretty sad when you can't get what you pay for anymore. I paid for gravy for 7 people and didn't get that. Want to give a big shout out to the manager at KFC on South walton blvd tonight you're awesome. Photos in the comments....

Too bad I had to waste a star and my time just to post this…
After waiting for approximately 15-20min total in the drive-thru, pulling up to the speaker and the person taking orders telling you to hold…. “Ok”
Several minutes go by so then I said “hello” person answers telling me hold because she was dealing with an order at the window….
The vehicle in front of me had already pulled around the building and on to the road…
The person comes on the speaker to take the order.. I placed my order only to be told that they didn’t have it.. The person then begins to give an excuse of why they didn’t have it… something about the freezer, I wasn’t too interested and drove up to the window and saw the person taking orders casually leaning on the counter as well as 2 other workers…
The person taking the order comes up to the window, I expressed my dissatisfaction and how bad her customer service was, I then told her that if they didn’t have certain items available to at least post it as a courtesy towards customers…
I told her that if they had time to lean and hold up the counter they could at least go place a sign about being out of certain items so other people don’t have waste their time only to be told “we don’t have any”
As I was telling her all this she began to close the window on me, I asked her if she was the manager and she replies “yes” her name was Nicky or Bicky… I then told her if that’s how she handles upset customers by giving them a dirty look and closing the window on them…
Only thing I could think of is grab my phone and act as if I was recording her to see if her demeanor would change…. I hope this is not the training that Popeyes is providing to their employees SPECIFICALLY managers.. The way she handled the situation was by turning her back on me closing the window and walking away….
All of this interaction was without any foul language but with an upset tone…

Apparently at popeyes their motto is up charge for items and then skip on half your order!!! and then when I call to complain the woman over the phone wants to have an attitude and tell me if I really want the rest of my order so bad I can drive an hour back to the store to get it. After a 14 hour shift at work you want me to drive a full hour to get part of my order that should’ve been in the bag in the first place-AND THEN DRIVE ANOTHER HOUR HOME? TO EAT MY THREE HOUR OLD POINTS ORDER? you’ve got to be out of your mind if you think that is a valid solution to my complaint and whoever came up with it should really be fired. Whoever is working in the kitchen/or bagging/or working the window should be fired because service like this is unacceptable. Whoever is the manager who answered the phone also needs to be fired or you need to implement some serious changes around this location or you will be losing my business. I asked if any store credit is available and the woman on the phone laughed at my question. She encouraged me to drive two hours round trip to retrieve the rest of my order-which is ridiculous and unacceptable-not to mention this location closes at 10 o clock and wouldn’t most definitely deny me service when I arrive at 10:20PM. Definitely disappointed in my service tonight and disappointed I can’t enjoy my meal. Definitely not the best service I’ve experienced at Popeyes but the woman over the phone is the reason for my review. That manager has no customer service skills and needs to be trained...
