Kohl's — Local services in Rogers

if I could give them zero stars, I would I have never in my life been more offended than I am right now. first of all I feel like I look super nice because I came to Rogers to get my drivers license picture updated, so we all know what we do when we’re doing our drivers license picture. I look nice, brand new tennis shoes. I look nice and I’m in kohls looking for a foundation, I couldn’t find anything that I liked so I left the Sephora and started looking at clothes and ended up buying $68 worth of items and when I was at the register loss prevention came up and told me I had to purchase Sephora at Sephora and I told him I did not have any Sephora on me and then he just stood there while I made my purchase and afterwards told me that he had been told that I had primer from Sephora and I said I do not and asked him if he wanted to look at my purse. He said he was just doing his job. I told him I put it down and I walked him to where I set it down in sephora, maybe not where it was supposed to go, but it was definitely still in sephora. I will never ever go back to that place. and sadly, Kohl’s has been my store the last few months. I’ll spent a lot of money, not anymore, I shouldn’t have bought the $68 worth of items that I did but I had no idea that they were looking at me for that, although in retrospect now I see it because they were following me around the store and they kept looking at me crazy but I was not picking up on it, so clearly I look like a thief. I am so upset right now...

Won't shop at this location again. Black lady who works at the service desk is EXTREMELY RUDE! She was helping a lady in front of me who was literally in tears as the black lady was eluding to the fact that she was trying to bring something back that was unacceptable. She had a receipt and was being loudly badgered by the lady who acted like she owned Kohl's. The lady who was very upset quickly left the store saying she was going to call the corporate office. Then, when I got up there, she tried to chat with me concerning the customer. Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Realizing that I was disgusted by her actions, she turned and tried to unsuccessfully discuss the situation with another customer. Amazing and RUDE ALL OF THE WAY AROUND! NOONE should be demeaned like that and I saw what the lady was returning and it was a new blouse that I later saw...

I needed a new coat this year. I searched the Internet and Kohls has what I wanted. When I arrived, I started walking towards the women's area. An employee noticed me and asked if she could help me look for something. I think she was the kindest and non rushed person ever. I found what I needed and waited for 1 minutes before a register opened. The lady checking me out was thoughtful and courteous. The first lady came over to see that I had found everything I needed. The store was busy, but I felt like I was number one. I don't shop often, maybe 1-2x a year. I get what I need and I leave. I think I'll go back next week and browse around. Don't hesitate!
