I donât normally wear a suit for anything unless it important so needless to say it was time for an update. After visiting the menâs warehouse store in rogers on walnut, I found the color I wanted on a jacket and took it to the front to ask if they had this color in a suit and asked to be fitted for a suit in this color. The person I talked to was dark blonde headed and older about 45-50 years old. I told her Iâd like to be fitted for a suit thatâs similar to this color. She approached me and asked if thereâs anything she could do to help. She was previously helping about her customer as well. After explaining that I wanted to get fitted for a suit in this color, she immediately asked if I was purchasing at the same time after fitting. I said not tonight, but here in about 2-3 weeks, yes, if you have a suit in this color. She replied that it would be better if I came back at the same time I was planning to purchase because the jacket I was holding was a return and might not be available. I get that. But I explained that the particular jacket I held wasnât necessarily what I wanted, just the color I chose and just wanted to get fitted this evening just in case at a later date they didnât have a suit for me and I could shop somewhere else. She again replied with that it would be better if I return on the day I plan to purchase but she said I can go ahead and fit you, youâll just have to give me a few minutes. After 30 minutes, she was still âoccupiedâ with other task and the previous customer had already purchased hit items and left. I returned the jacket to the same spot I took it from and left the store with no words. Menâs warehouse in rogers just lost at least $500-$750 from my budget for this important suit. I wonât ever recommend it and I wonât ever be back just based on this employees behavior. Side note * I came in after work and I do landscaping so I wasnât dressed casual or proper, I was in work clothes, looking like a bum. But still, I planned to purchase a suit from them in a couple weeks prior to the import and date that required a suit. Poor customer service and I felt like this store was only interested in selling items to customers who âlookedâ rich. Again, my budget was only $500-$750 but I feel like that should be more than enough to earn a spot to at least get...
Read moreI recently visited Mens warehouse with my teen nephew, hoping to explore their selection of jackets and pants. Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired due to the lack of customer acknowledgment and clarity regarding staff identification.
Upon entering the store, we waited for several minutes without any greeting or acknowledgment from the staff. No one approached us to offer assistance or even indicate that they would be with us shortly. This lack of initial engagement created a feeling of being overlooked or disregarded as customers.
As we browsed through the racks and tried on some items, the absence of staff presence continued to be noticeable. We were uncertain who worked there as employees were not wearing badges or attire that clearly identified them. This made it challenging to seek assistance when needed.
Additionally, the overall atmosphere conveyed a sense of disorganization. The staff's casual attire did not align with typical professional standards one might expect in a retail setting, further contributing to the confusion.
Regrettably, I found myself in the uncomfortable position of having to explain to my nephew that we should consider shopping elsewhere due to the lack of customer service and professionalism demonstrated during our visit.
In conclusion, my experience at Mens warehouse was disappointing primarily due to the absence of acknowledgment upon arrival, the unclear identification of employees, and the overall disorganized atmosphere. Improvements in customer engagement, staff presentation, and organizational clarity would greatly enhance the shopping experience for all customers, regardless of background or...
Read moreWe went in to order a tux and 2 suits in June for our wedding in September. At first, everything we very smoothly and the staff was very polite. However, the incorrect month was entered for our event which is when the problems started. I was told I would receive a new e-mail receipt with the corrected dates. I never did. We called a month before our wedding to ensure that the date was correct and that they would be here on time, we were told they would be here. They also said that we'd get a call 3-4 days before our event to pick up the suits. 3 days before the wedding, we had not received the call. We called the store, and our shipment was not there yet, but was told that they would be in the next day or two. The day before the wedding, called to check on everything and one of the employees said that they would check with their hub and give me a call back. On that call back, we were told there was a miscommunication and they were having to air them in and that they would be there the next day (wedding day)! They got there the next morning. However, one of the groomsmen's pants were incorrect. They were several inches too short! My MIL had to take out the hem and fix them herself, rushing before the wedding. Companies are not supposed to make weddings more stressful for the couple, but to help ease that stress. Men's Wearhouse did just the opposite!! I did complain the following day once we returned everything and did get some refund, but we are not happy with the service we were provided and will definitely not be back in the future. Or let friends make purchases from this company. Not a happy...
