The one particular stylist dyed my hair a totally different color on each side because she ran out of the color she was using so she tried to recreate the same color on the other side and it came out completely different. I was in the salon from 1:30pm to about 7:00pm. She was also using bleach somehow in it as well. My hair feels damaged now. I can’t wear it down at all. Bright red on one side and dark brown on the other. I have naturally light colored hair and now it’s very dark in some spots and super red in others. The stylist even said while I was getting rinsed, “you hair feels really dry now, I’m going to add in some strong conditioner to try and help.” When she came back to the wash sink from the back that’s when I was told there had been a color mistake as well, and I would need to wait for the owner to come try to fix it, because she didn’t know how to. The owner was helpful about it and tried to fix it with more color, but after seeing my low google rating, I was texted personally by them at 10:34 at night on my cell phone about how rude I was to rate them low and spoken to in a rude manner. One of the best salons qnd stylists in the area. Hillari is very experienced and knowledgeable in all forms of hair and is always willing to bend overbackwards for her clients. My hair is extremely thick and frizzy and having it cut correctly so it grows out well is nearly impossible. Hillari is the only one to consistently make my hair look on point everytime. She has even stayed with me after and taught me how to brush and dry my hair so the bulk of it lays better throughout the day. Her color work is also great and she uses products that don't fade or discolor after months of washing (I go with a subtle purple red color). I have been on the hunt for a good Cosmetologist & found Ashley George here at Salon H. Ross. I have long hair, always have tried to keep it long, and I have lots of it. I cut my hair maybe once a year and just deal with usually one length, one style. I was dramatic layering, side swept bangs and for every bit of it to blend nicely. It blends perfectly! First time in 15 years I have found someone to cut my hair the way I wanted it. I showed her a photo of what I was looking for and she mentioned she was taught a similar layering style from an apprentice of hers and usually the outcome is gorgeous. Well. She nailed it and did a phenomenal job! Now I think I can get my hair cut every 3 months again to keep it healthy the style I like it to be!...
