I won’t give Kohl’s one more dime of my money after the way they treated my grand daughter who was shopping for graduation stuff. Teenage girls be forewarned that even if you are with friends shopping and have over 100.00 dollars to spend this store will treat you like you are white trash and are there to steal a 2.00 tube of lipstick!!! That’s what they accused my grand daughter of even after they searched her purse and didn’t find anything!!!! The “security guard” (or wanna be cop is what I would call him) continued to ask her over and over “Did you take it?” And her answer was always, “No”! He harassed her over and over!! Then he asked her if her friends that were with her knew what was going on? She said “No because I do t even know what’s going on”! Then he said good what happens in this office stays in this office and he continued to harass her until she was crying and so upset she just wanted to pay for stuff and get out of there!! She even wanted to show them where she laid it and they acted like she was lying about that. Then she called me and told me what happened!! I’m livid that so called security guards can harass young girls like this!! But her step father went into the store and with the help of FaceTime she guided him back to where she laid it and there it laid! The store manager seen it laying there too!! They would not apologize for FALSELY accusing her!!! Just be warned! Good ending though, my grand daughter found a very cute dress for graduation tomorrow at Ross’s and it was cheaper than anything at kohl’s!!! I wouldn’t even give this store one star!! I will never spend my money there ever again!! If they keep up customer service like that..... I’m sure they will be out of business before long!! Good reddens kohl’s of Rolla! Oh and I will be spreading the word of the wonderful customer service my grand daughter received to...
Read moreIf I could give this place a -100 stars I would. My 17 year old niece was in there shopping for an outfit for her graduation and was willing to spend a bunch of money there. But while she was carrying around a $2.00 lipstick, and put it back, the employees and security guards started harassing her that she stole the lipstick, even though they found it in the store. One older woman kept looking at her like she was the spawn of Satan. They searched her purse and on the video it only LOOKED like she did, but before they talked to her and showed her the video, she put it on a shelf somewhere. She’s never been a thief or stole anything in her life. She is a good, honest person and the lipstick was in her hand the ENTIRE time. They were rude and kept asking over and over if she took it and her answer was the same every single time. She kept saying, “I’ll show you where I set it down” and they would just tell her, “no, it’s okay.” They are trying to say she “concealed it.” And make it sound like she really tried to steal it and she didn’t. She isn’t a thief, not even a little bit.
So, needless to say, and bottom line is, DON’T SHOP HERE. They were rude and harassed her. Their stuff is way too expensive anyway. Ross has cuter cheaper clothes with good service. My entire family is upset and will no longer be giving them business. We’re all (and there’s a lot of us ;) ) will take ALL our business elsewhere.
DON’T SHOP...
Read moreVery poor rating. Accused my cousin of stealing a $2 LIP GLOSS after practically harassing her!! A very tall man basically ran up to her, stood over her, and said "come on, I need to talk to you" and he showed hid badge. So, she got up and he took her the security room and showed her the video of her "concealing" the product when she simply put her arm down. They said she put it in her purse. She told them proceed to shop and she then decided she didn't want the lip gloss so she sat it down on a rack. Now, they DID NOT have cameras in the area where she sat the product. What are the odds. They continuously asked her if she took the product and she told them no everytime. She offered to take them to where the lip gloss was placed and they told her no. She also continuously told them where it was at but they said they had people looking for it but couldnt find it. They then searched her purse and belongings and did not find anything in her purse. A family member drove 45 minutes, walked in the store, she told him where the product was. And in less than 2 minutes, he found the lip gloss.
All in all. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS KOHL'S. Not worth it what so ever. You will get accused for stealing when you're just simply carrying around something.
EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED IN THE WAY THEY TREATED THIS. DO NOT...
