Incredibly uncouth woman managing this establishment.

She clearly knew nothing about MTG yet spoke to in a condescending manner suggesting we should purchase Bloomburrow booster packs if we were educated enough to read children's books such as Redwall and Peter Rabbit.

She hinted we were shoplifters and screamed at us that we were on camera because we picked up a booster pack to look for a price tag. She then procured a schizophrenic sign filled with grammatical errors asking patrons "not to reach" from behind the counter and seemed incredibly frustrated we didnt see through solid objects to read the sign.

Unsure if this owner was having a bad day, is racist, or just treats...

By far one of the best stores to ever come to the promenade! I’ve been coming to the game chest at their del amo location for years but I always wished that there was one closer to my house, well now there is! The prices are obviously more than you will find on Amazon but the quality cannot be beaten! I’ve never had a bad purchase here, and the staff are kind, friendly, helpful, and all around amazing people! They have a great selection of toys, dnd material, board games, and more. I’ll absolutely be coming here more...

New store, only opened up 2 weeks ago I was told. Amazing shop, huge selection of games for a variety of ages. The employee working there was incredibly kind and helpful, even explaining the rules for games we were interested in. Looks like they have a secret room for private parties too. I don't live in the area but next time I'm in PV I'm stopping by here with my kids for sure. They keep on bugging me about the next time we'll go! Hopefully the other vacant stores keep on filling up with fun shops like...
