Starbucks — Restaurant in Romulus

It was the worst Starbucks I have ever visited out of hundreds of Starbucks in different cities, countries! At this location, I asked for Signature Espresso instead of Blonde Espresso that it originally comes in, as I would usually order. which never had an issue before. Until today!...they had no idea what I was talking about, they started to talking to each other making faces, making comments saying "what?! What's signature Espresso ugh!!" And stared at me then laughing/smirking to each other right in front of me.. It made me so uncomfortable. I've never been to a Starbucks this unwelcoming, incompetent that doesn't know the difference between Signature(Regular) Espresso versus Blonde Espresso. They had a hard time changing it on the order then made it seem like I'm being demanding and inconvenient for...

I only order 3 things at Starbucks. My cold drink: The Grande Vanilla Bean Frappuccino made with 1 scoop of Matcha, and Almond Milk Double blended for a smoother blend. The green matcha color in my frappe makes a good St. Patrick's Day drink. My hot drink: Grande White Chocolate Mocha, with Blonde Expresso and Almond Milk, or sometimes I get it made with oatmilk. And Pumkin Bread to add to either one of my favorite made drinks. Give them a try! Keep in mind that different Starbuck locations or workers make my drinks good and just the way I like them and other Starbuck locations and worker have messed them up and I had to take it back to...

They should just close the location. My wife ordered kids drinks, we were informed they do not have the kids sized cups.

When my little one could not hold her apple juice because it was too cold and in a plastic cup, I went back to ask for a small paper cup. Would you know it, it's a kids sized paper cup. The "barrista" gave me a look as if I was asking for something unreasonable.

I drink a lot of Cold Brew and the only time I had to wait 20 minutes for my drink was due to the nitro needing to be changed. The Cold Brew barely had any ice and was almost room temperature.

Think this location should be an easy pass for anyone traveling...
