I was pleased with this dispensary at first, but today I had a terrible experience. Asked for platinum carts and was sent out with prerolls, then after I went in and exchanged them for carts once I got home I noticed they gave me the wrong strain for one of the carts. Which wouldn’t have been a big deal but they were a gift for someone and they do not smoke indica. I called up and was very politely explaining to the manager that it was a bit upsetting that nobody could listen to me, since I was helped by 2 separate employees and the manager hung up on me. Incredibly unprofessional and lacking in customer service skills. I have worked in the service industry for almost a decade and I would never. Think his name was Kieth or something along those lines. So 0 stars for the disrespectful manager. no apology or anything for messing up my order not once but twice. On top of that I even tipped them with cash and change 😂 wow that wasn’t smart lol. Won’t do that again. Wish I could go up and take my tip back out...

2025 UPDATE This is now owned by Highway 31 and I have never visited them. Maybe I'll have to stop by and see!

2021 The Reef Review: Vast variety, more expensive than other shops but the selection makes up for it. The employees are excited to chat with you while other shops they seems bored. I like the raffle promotion and the Bacio Gelato was great, more sativa than I like but the flavor was so floral I've never had one that was so reminiscent of a bouquet of Easter flowers. The Oreoz were insane, that flower is super indicia and absolutely amazing. So potent and I need something strong for my pain. Then I got the Ya Hemi THCA desert sand at 96% pure thc and 99% total Cannabinoids, I was in outer space! Spend a little more and its sooooo worth it. It's also closer than other shops. If they had a more substantial medical discount I would have rated 5 stars but still I'm extremely happy. Love the...

1st time going and I only decided to try them over my regular disp was because of the free pre roll and the curiosity of fomo. Well, no pre roll. Im not going to spend another $82 for a free pre roll. It makes a person feel like my business isnt important enough to you. Muskegon is well saturated with dispensaries. You really have to stand out with customer service. All these dispensaries have the Monster Xtracts, Undrafted, Element ect... They all offer points and deals. So all that leaves is attention to detail & customer service. I don't think I should have to order again to get the free pre roll you, the reef when I called told me I would receive. Just really grinds my gears. Won't be my 1st choice of dispensaries. This is why its damaging to not pay attention to details (I put 1st time customer in the special instruction) because now the negative review will go 3x farther than 1 positive...
