I just let this location at 5:08 today and I was told they were closed. However this location closes at 6 p.m. Upon walking in, I was asked what I needed, and I replied a fill in with gel nails. The lady asked the guy something in their language and he smiled and nodded No. She then looked at me and said we are closed. If you check Google it clearly says they close at 6 p.m. I said ok thank you and kindly left that location. I walked by the food court and there is a nail spa that operates the same time as each store does with the mall hours with the exception of Burlington. I was asked what I needed, signed in on the computer and waited until my turn came about. Needless to say if you want great customer service this location would not be the place to receive it! I would have respected them more if they said that they had other people and no time for me, however it was not the case. I do feel that if you live and make a living in American; you should be required to know our culture. Mainly when you entire life is being supported by us Americans. I have nothing against anyone on earth but in my experiences I'm learning that being polite and good customer service is not what some are accustom to in any way. Read moreI've never had a bad experience until today, probably because the manager was not there. I signed in and waited 45 minutes for a fill in by Kenny only to find out the person I requested was not coming in. Gee thanks! 3 women walked in for pedicures and full sets after me. By the time they were done pedicures, I was still waiting for my fill in. They sat in the chair for full sets before me! Of course by now I'm pissed because I'm being skipped over. I asked if I could pick my color from the color wheel while I was waiting and the guy passed the gel color samples around to everyone except me. Next 3 rude chicks walk in claiming they called ahead of time, but they had no appointment. They quickly left out. So the manager's wife walks in at noon asking if anyone had been waiting. I raised my hand and she told me to come to her station. As soon as I sat down, in walks the 3 chicks who claimed to have an appointment. I was asked to get up so she could do their nails. Read moreKenny the owner was doing my nails. I told him that my gel polish was lifting and its going to eventually lift up. Which it did once I left. When I told him that he said no it wont and if it do come back. I told him I know that it will lift because its already lifting so can you just fix it now. He did not fix it and told me to come back if it does and no one ever get chip nails with him. I showed another employee and he saw what I was talking about and tried to fix the OWNER KENNY MISTAKE. The staff proceeded to tell me that no one will see the small lift and I should be fine. I asked Kenny one last time could he fix my nail but what he did was so unprofessional when I asked. He threw his hands up with a angry voice saying its nothing wrong with your nails frowned his face and walked away from me while I was talking to him. He started speaking in his foreign language out loud as if I didn't know he was talking about me. My nail wasn't fixed and it peeled terribly.
