Today I accompanied my mother to this staples location our first thrip there were 3 employees in the store a female.clerk on the cash checkout a heavy set male clerk at the customer service center our first time my mother needed his assistance because she is not knowledgeable in using such machines such as printers computers or fax machines so as we entered the store we asked the customer care person to please assist to insure we were doing it properly the absolute unengadement and lack of concern accompanied with the body language that was shown that he would have rather been doing anything else then to assist a customer despite all the visible bright signs in the store to please don't hesitate to ask we can help on both trips to the store the message across the board by the lack of customer care that was displayed by the said employees was a disgrace to the logo that the store represents the fact that it took two trips to the store and to leave with the a same bad taste in our mouths the way these said employees react to customers like me was far different from other customers that were different coming into the store after us # do better # respect for all #behaviors that have been talarated for way too long #entitlement moving forward I do hope this location demonstrates a better.job of attending to all...
Read moreI took photos to the copy center hoping to put together a calendar for an upcoming family reunion. Ty the young lady working told me she was new but she could help me. She talked to an employee named Eddie and then told me what had to be done on my end. They were very busy and asked me to bring back my photos later. When I returned the copier was down and the tech had just arrived. The next day was the 4th of July, shorter hours.When I arrived Betty, a store manager asked if I was there about the calendar. I said yes and she told me to come back the next day and it would be done. I went the next day and met Katie Johnson who was working on it. Katie was EXCELLENT, knew exactly what I wanted and finished it in less than 30 minutes. I do realize it was a holiday week and I do believe that Ty the first employee l met could have completed the job. I was totally surprised that Betty was aware that I had been in the store several times, and took control of what was becoming a problem. I am very pleased with the GREAT customer service. I also was extremely pleased with Katie's work. Great job...
Read moreThe bathrooms need updating bad, they haven’t been maintained or cleaned in years! This is disgraceful, disgusting and unacceptable. The health department would have a field day! I can’t believe a well known and loved business would have such a deplorable state of conditions like this! The employees can’t even clean it it needs specialized equipment and professional now. I hope corporate sees this, it’s inhumane actually photos do no justice, the smell, the thick air you can’t touch a single surface because every inch is dirty! This is just wrong!
