WORST MASSAGE and no response on service. They said they will refund and never did. I gave tip out of courtesy but I could hear them in Chinese question "$10??!" The service was $60. I didn't even want to tip... please retrain the masseuse. That is not a massage. I asked for firmer and it wasn't. But not only that it was just getting worse and worse. She kept doing the same movement and it wasn't even a massage. It was just someone touching me.

Update: There was 3 of us and ALL 3 OF US did not enjoy the massage. I asked for the refund on Venmo and it got rejected. Their last response to me was they would refund. Why haven't you...
