Earle Place — Local services in Rosemead

One star: The apartments themselves are just okay, but they're constructed in a way that you would expect in today's modern age. It's just one step above cardboard and plastic, and things fall apart all the time.

Management is practically non-existent, as a tenant you don't get much service from Chad the property manager and his reasoning behind why he never gets back to you is because he's just "too busy managing other properties". When I try to voice my concerns to him, he often comes off as mocking/condescending and the issues are always never resolved.

The apartments are located next to a meth motel, and the residents from there come drifting over to Earle Place all the time, so your safety is compromised. If you plan on living here, be prepared for monthly text messages warning you to "lock your doors" because seedy people are trespassing onto the property and into the actual complex.

We've had multiple cars broken into over the years, whether they be pried open with a screwdriver or the windows are just straight busted open. It's happened multiple times where different neighbors were physically intimidated/threatened into letting some weirdo off the street into the apartments. For $3,000-$4,000 an apartment, it's disappointing that management doesn't feel that putting $20-30/hour into hiring a security guard is fiscally appropriate. Absolutely the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. I’ve been here for 1.5 years and the experience has been nothing but frustrating. The property manager, Andrew, never responds to maintenance requests or any issues that come up. There have been multiple car break-ins and random people walking through the hallways. For a long time, we had to deal with constant construction noise with no warning or apology.

Cement would drip onto cars in the parking garage and management didn’t do anything about it, even after it was reported.

I’m writing this review anonymously because a friend of mine who also lived in the building wrote an honest review and was given a hard time by the previous property manager. That should tell you everything you need to know about how this place is run.

Honestly, any positive reviews are probably fake or from people who haven’t lived here long enough to see how bad...

We lived here for 2 years from 2022 to 2024, moved out because my partner had to start school in another city. The whole time we were there, management was always just a text away and they were very responsive whenever we needed anything. Portal was easy to navigate for due rent and maintenance requests. Overall we are very happy living here, we were one of the first people so building and units were very new and in good condition. My move out experience with them has also been positive - we had a lot of communication regarding move out date and deposit refund, some of my packages were delivered there after I moved out and management helped me retrieve them with ease.
