GW Supermarket — Local services in Rosemead

The customer service was terrible and they are not honest with the product they sold. They mixed different kinds of watermelon to sell for a high price. I bought 2 yellow watermelons. A week later, the first one I cut was yellow. However, 3rd week the second watermelon I cut was red melon. I went to ask for an exchange. They used all kinds of excuses to refuse to give me the yellow watermelon that I wanted and paid for.They disrespected, laughed at me, and said the red and yellow watermelon are all watermelon, what's wrong with eating the red one. I can't believe what I heard. What kind of business attitude they have. I paid for 2 yellow watermelons, not red watermelons. The price is different. How can they tell customers that. The way they treated me (customers) just like trying to tell customers that customers are dumb. And they don't care how customers feel. I believe God is watching! I hate to write negative reviews, but I felt this one was rightfully deserved. While the stuff here may be cheaper, I strongly advise you to shop at any other asian supermarket if you can. The service here is almost non-existent, and the employees are generally rude and uncaring. I also got my backpack confiscated which is weird since it never happened anywhere else I’ve been to. Maybe it’s because of securities cameras not installed or lack of security activity? The store overall isn’t the cleanest as well. During checkout, I couldn’t understand the lady because she has an accent and after trying to clarify, she got angry at me and uncaringly toss my stuff to the bag. I went today August-16-23 at 4:33pm to this Asian store for shopping and I want to say that they only have goodies, they have a lot of different food, meat, sausages, vegetables, fruits etc. very fresh and clean, I have nothing to comment except very well, but unfortunately I went to pay, I had taken and at the house number 8 there was an Asian cashier who seemed like she didn't speak to me, being of Mexican origin, as should be respectful, she yelled back saying ok ok ok, regarding her I I only gave 3 stars, it's a shame for the cashier because she shouldn't be working at this store with everything good and fresh, thank you for your...
