Incredible service and a good quality product!

I have had my Pacair range since 2004 and at some point one of the motors stopped working so I called in. Instead of trying to upsell me a new range, they helped me figure out the issue and give me a replacement for my motor (saving me money on my tight budget). I really appreciate their patience (cause I called them 3x lol) and their willingness to help me. If I ever need a new range, I am absolutely coming back here, but in the meantime I recommend Pacair to everyone. My range hood is working and looking...

Poor workmanship and quality. First strong wind caused outside air, dust and dirt to come down vent, causing large amount of heavy dust and dirt to cover cooktop, countertop and floors. When I called to question, was told to go to Home Depot buy a damper and install myself. There is no filtration or anything to prevent this from occurring. Very poor customer service from one of the sales staff at time of purchase and also the two times when seeking resolution to issues related to the LED lights, both of which broke within 8 months of purchase.
