Read moreI went there on Dec 05 to ship out the prepaid package with a tracking number. The clerk asked me to put it in the basket on the counter top, so I left it inside the basket as she said. As of Dec.18, my package cannot be tracked with a tracking number. How could it be possible that the tracking number is not showing on their system after 13 days from the date I dropped off the package? I went to the post office this morning to ask them about the package. The clerk told me that it could take up to 4 weeks to show up on their system because it was a ground shipping. Is that real? Do not trust what the clerk says. You must get a receipt for whatever you are shipping out from this post office. I'm very disappointed about their service and the way they handle the customer's package. They don't even deserve one start. I strongly do not recommend this post...
Read moreI cannot even explain how upset I am. I cannot believe how rude and vengeful whoever the worker was to ruin every SINGLE one of my wedding invitations. Are you kidding me you had to put a sticker on every single one of my envelopes to ruin them and mark off my postage stamps to RUIN them and for me to not be able to use them?! All because I was short on postage?! And you still sent them all back to me In a bag with the same note on the bag saying I was missing postage. Why didn't you just do that. Instead of putting a sticker. On every. Single. One. Of. The. Envelopes. The worker didn't even bother to check when we dropped them off. So now I have ruined invitations and have to hope the stamps on them are still going to work because of the MARKS ON THEM. It was the worker with a beard glasses and a braid.
