I hope to convey how impressed I was with this shop and the owner. I had re-sized my Aggie Ring with Balfour, but my ring wrap needed to be re-sized as well. I took both rings in and he was so kind and professional!! I immediately felt at ease and knew I found a hidden gem (no pun intended). I dropped it off at noon and picked it back up on the same day at 3pm. I was so amazed not only by the quick work, but the quality of work. He had sawed through it while I was there and I was worried you'd be able to tell that he adjusted it. NOPE. It's like a brand new ring wrap... I was in awe. Mondo is the BEST, most honest jewelry repair person in Texas. He is always so helpful and does excellent work at very reasonable prices. Don't go to the "other" jewelry stores in Richmond or Rosenberg for jewelry repair. He just completed an engagement ring for my daughter.
