The Main Event Screen Printing & Embroidery — Local services in Rosenberg

I dropped of a shirt on a Tuesday to get some embroidery work done. The girl said I would get a proof by Friday took my info and I was out within 2 minutes. Very poor customer service were my initial thoughts. It's Wednesday the following week and I still haven't received anything. I called and asked about my proof and I assume was the owner an older woman was very rude and told me they sent the proof out the day before. I told her I never received the email and she said they wrote the address wrong. I'm not sure if she thinks that people don't know how email works but she obviously doesn't. If she typed in the wrong email address and sent it she would have received a proxy error email and she would have realized they sent it to the wrong email address therefore I knew she was lying. Funny thing is I asked her to repeat the email address to me and it was correct. I then asked when should I expect the proof email and she said she was sending it right then and there I didn't receive anything for the next 4 hours. I knew that they had forgot about my order and they spent the next 4 hours hurrying to make the proof that's when I decided to not use them and I told my wife to go pick up my shirt so we can go somewhere else and now the lady doesn't want to give me my shirt back and says I owe her $60. Well they can throw that shirt in the trash along with their customer service because that's where it belongs. I don't usually leave reviews but this place is awful and has horrible customer service. I went in to get some things made for a graduation party. I was disappointed from the start they had no samples of product or anything to look at. I went in with a couple images I did myself online but thought I would give a mom and pop shop my money instead. She couldn't even recommend anything else to me for more ideas. I was told I would get a quote later that day. She wrote my email down and I noticed she wrote it down wrong even after I spelled it out so I corrected her.
