Called customer service and after 45 minutes of an endless cycle to speak to an employee I pressed one to speak to administration and explained my “electronic” concern after purchasing a floor model TV.

I learned my lesson after being scoffed at by the female manager and told 90 days is 90 days.

The sad part is I am not requesting a refund, didn’t want a return, was trying to see how I could if possible get information on if I had a warranty or because it was a floor model if there was anything to do for screen issues.

I’m in customer service and this store and Costco in general is close to Nordstroms level of helping their customers find a solution. I get customers abuse return/exchange policies however for a store that takes back Christmas trees after Christmas, folding chairs and tables after customers events I can appreciate the attempts customers make at returning things they use.

I understand electronics and the 90 day policy and why it’s there to protect their stock price. I’m not even upset that I was told no.

I am completely and utterly shocked and disappointed that the female manager mocked me for simple questions, spoke to me like I didn’t understand that 90 days means 90 days…… speaking over a customer with no attitude and a mere question is quite shocking.

However the benifit is two fold I know will touch tv screens in store to test their resiliency and more importantly I have heard these amazing examples of customer support and satisfaction at a similar store called SAMS.

I get it a different clientele and feel however potatoe potato, I am tired of spending money to be treated like a person trying to work the system because of others.

When leadership is allowed to stick her nose up and mock me or you and make accusations, I would rather go back to Sam’s or BestBuy.

Last time I will ever buy something from Costco.

Sad part is my wife and I just purchased our honeymoon not even a year ago from Costco……. An amazing time with the woman of my dreams but could see where the savings came from beware of the vacation packages.

I want to reiterate it’s fine and I didn’t expect a return/exchange however the mockery, tone, lack of empathy has made the decision for me to never return to this Costco or any other.

Sam’s club isn’t to far and the gas savings are not that big when compared to Safeway.

More importantly if you are going to spend 1000’s of dollars a month/year it hurts enough a smile and empathy make it hurt just a...

The new enter and pay policy is so annoyed, long line waiting to enter than before. They asked to scan membership and check my ID when I enter the door. They asked my ID again at check out because my picture is not on the Costco Citi Bank Card. They can have their rules but this is so much when we just go shopping and being treated like at airport or something. They treat everyone is a shoplifter already.

After the cashier check my Citi card and my ID at check out, he scan 1 item and he touched my Citi card on the payment screen. He thought I would pay with Citi card. After he’s done with scanning, the receipt went out immediately. I told him I want to pay by my EBT card first, the rest I will pay with Citi card. He called his manager. Her name is Jaymee. She came and blamed me why did I tough my card at payment screen. My card is still my purse after the man return from check ID. I didn’t scan my card. She started returning and type the items by manually again. She was asking questions and acting very rude. After she’s done with typing items, the receipt came out with the total is different with the first receipt. I asked to see the first receipt to see what’s the difference. She said that’s her receipt. They charged on my card the first receipt came out, they returned the items and checked out again. I think both receipts should be mine for my record of charging on the card twice. She denied to give me the first receipt, and still very rude. I don’t know what is the reason for her reaction. Is she looking down on me because I used my EBT card? The first receipt she has it. The total charge on 2 receipts is different and didn’t allow me to check on both receipts. She is a manager but she doesn’t have enough knowledge at her job for returning every receipts to customers. She is a manager but she doesn’t know how to handle a complicated situation at check out. She is a manager but she doesn’t know how to be nice and friendly...

And this place overall gets a solid three. The factors are going to be the availability of certain items. In particular, the 93.7 ground beef is not uncommonly not available. Also the New York thin cut steaks, it's either Hit or Miss if they have any. So to go through all the traffic in trouble parking and hoping there's some is pretty annoying. The worst though are the customer. It's not that there are a lot. It's that a lot of them are inconsiderate, and basically NPCs. This place would get higher ratings. Ratings if it were managed better and if the general public would stop being so self-centered and actually assume that other people are shopping around with them. 1-22-25 7:30om Ok. I had to go one more time to just give him another chance. No I was right, of course the customers suck. But also your employees are rude AF. Its like any other Costco . when the person helping the register girl loaded my stuff on the conveyor. He's literally tossing them on the conveyor belt and they're slamming being extra noisy which surprised her and myself, it's a ten lb tube of meat. Heavy stuff and he's being heavy handed with them . I look at him. I look at my bag and I inspect the bag of chicken to make sure it didn't break and I tell him you want to be careful with the groceries? He just stares ahead not facing me and goes about his business. Yeah I'll just stop going to Costco. I'm convinced they are out of the good stuff on purpose, it's soo often. Regardless. I'm done shopping here . RUDE, everyone's RUDE here. I spend 200-400 $ about every trip here. No thanks. Sam's club is waaaay better than...

Edit: It seems like the bakery had double downed on over baking its items because today almost every product was severely over baked. The one time I reached out about this issue I was told they baked them longer to prolong shelf life. What's the point of prolonging shelf life if the taist suffers so greatly. When I'm lucky and they don't over bake the carrot cake muffins and they are great, when I bought some without looking I found them over cooked, dry, and unpleasant. It makes me wonder if they really do sell these over cooked croissants or if allot end up in trash. Original comment: Costco is in general a great place to shop and get what you need, this location has two flaws that I have never run into at other locations I have shopped at. First being the parking, it is the WORST parking lot I have ever seen at a large store. On a number of occasions I have been stuck trying to get out because of the way the gas station is situated in the parking area. Second is the center display area (clothing and book area), every time I have visited it has been a huge mess of unfolded clothing and unorganized items. While falt is mostly with customers being lazy, they dont seem to have adequate staff to deal with the area. Otherwise it's like any other Costco.

Has just about everything a standard Costco has, but no real garden department like some do, but it does have a gas station. Folks are friendly and, so long as you time your trip not to coincide with busiest times, you can actually get through a line in a decent amount of time. Highly recommend Costco travel for nearly all your travel needs. We've done comparison pricing and it has always had the best deals we could find. I also signed up for my Quickbooks Online account through them and our auto insurance. Best deals I could find for both were through Costco. The crowds here are pretty intense and the traffic situation is getting even more challenging. The gas station has only added to the problem, but the prices are good. Can't wait to see how the crowds are reduced by the planned new Costco in Loomis.

Okay, let's be honest here. You can't get enough of Costco no matter how many times you go there! Clothes, food, tools, gadgets, electronics, TV'S, laptops, washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, vacuum cleaners, shoes, furniture, toilet paper, paper towels, butt wipes (yes I said butt wipes), prescriptions, and the list goes on and on! No matter what you need Costco has it and they carry the good stuff, not like Walmart or Sam's Club! Costco has buyers that are trained to onky buy quality and it's then marked up just a little. Sam's Club buys cheap junk and marks it up a lot, mostly from China. Thank you Costco for giving us better quality and choices!!!❤️
