My first experience at Mr. G's Cut 'n' Style Barber Shop:
As soon as I entered the barber shop, I glanced around for a brief second and noticed a mass amount of history, from old barber chairs, old radios, WWII memorabilia, newspaper clippings, and even an old Yosemite Sam figurine on a top shelf. After that very brief moment I had a seat and was greeted by the barber(Frank) with a warm, friendly smile. This place was pretty busy, and I could immediately see why. The atmosphere felt very welcoming. Everyone seemed as though they were family or very close friends who treated each other as family... even picking on each other which provided plenty of laughter and smiles for everyone there.
Now to the business part of this review: Frank(the Barber), invited me over to the chair and was prepping me for my cut. He asked how I'd like it cut, and I told him I normally get it cut at a salon and how they did it, to which he immediately replied, "No problem". Clearly confident in his skills, he went to work. Very fast, very precise, and socializing to of course get personable.
I have to say, this experience from walking through the door, to not only great customer service, but being treated like family, to the end result of my haircut... was all amazing. I will certainly be returning for...

Usually a bunch of old Italians hanging out there drinking coffee(fresh hot coffee always available), usually some fresh baked goods for snacking, whether homemade or from a bakery.
