Let me start by saying I find it odd that there are 15+ blank five star reviews from when they opened. If you read the legit ones, they’re all bad and talk about how the baristas need to be trained on drink making which is VERY accurate. Less milk and more caramel. Extra caramel drizzle means inside the cup and on the top. Splash of milk means a literal splash of milk, not half the cup. Even worse, this Starbucks is barely EVER open. I can’t even make this up. Every single time I want to go get a coffee, they’re having “staffing issues” and literally just close for the day. In fact, I just went there a few days ago and they closed at 10 am because of it. Not to mention the app for Starbucks never wants to work either. And on the rare days that they DO decide to work, and I feel like treating myself to a coffee or oatmeal, I have to get something fixed. Last time, I put in a mobile for blueberry oatmeal. She handed me my cup of oatmeal, I left. I look in the bag. No spoon and no blueberries. Just a bag of agave packets? I go back inside and ask for blueberries. The girl gives me major attitude and says “Did you even get that oatmeal here? Just asking because we don’t have those paper bags at this location.” ?????? You’re questioning my paper bag? Ma’am. Anyway. She proceeds to give them to me, regardless of her discrimination toward my paper bag. I get in my car. Drive away. Open the blueberries… aaaaaand they’re moldy. I take a sip of my Venti iced coffee with 3 pumps of sugar free vanilla and it tastes as though I stuck my straw into the bottle of syrup. Read moreWorst Starbucks EVER!! Horrible customer service from Alley & Faith. The supervisor Alley does not posses the skills as one should with the title. She is rude, condescending & inappropriate talking about customers (myself & children) in front of us. We waited 10 minutes for 1 Carmel Frapp. Several customers behind me including an order with 5 strawberry frapps made prior to mine. When I asked the status of my drink Alley said “I don’t know what happened I wasn’t there & we made your drink as a favor remake.” It was rung up at the register (4:18 & finally received at 4:27pm) & ticket was misplaced out of order. This store staff needs to be trained on order intake, customer service & etiquette. Reevaluate Alley as a supervisor whom represents poor behavior on behalf of Starbucks. Once I received my Frapp it was watered down. Beautiful store but lacking basic customer service skills & personality. By far the worst service from any Starbucks store I’ve been to. Needs much improvement.
I’d recommend driving down the street to the Fairway Starbucks (10441 Fairway next to Bellagio Nail Salon). The staff there are ALWAYS AMAZING & should be a model store. Fairway store has excellent customer service, always friendly, welcoming & knowledgeable of menu items. Read moreWaited for 10 minutes in the drive through for a sandwich and drink. Got to the window and tried to pay them with a $50.00 bill, which was all I had on me at the time. The girl at the drive through asked me if I had another form of payment and I told her I did not. She then told me she didn't have change which would have been $40.00. I asked her if she could go get some change from another till.
She was confused at this request and went to get the Shift Supervisor, Erica. Erica then came over to the window and told me it is against Starbucks policy to go into the safe and get change. She also explained to me that they drop $20.00 in a lock box per transaction. She refused to take the $20.00 out in change from the box and I had to leave without my drink and sandwich.
A few things to point out here... How is it the customers responsibility to bring the form of payment you are comfortable with? If your a Shift Supervisor do something to make it right such as take your key and take two twenty's out of the lockbox, or go get change from another til and pay it back, or give me the drink for free since you have to now through it away. You wasted company money and provided terrible customer service. Lastly, she tells me No worries.
