Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Roseville

Great but I am very confused. The drink was good but not the experience I expected, but I was pleasantly surprised.

I attempted to pull into the drive-through, which was kind of hard to do around all the construction, tractors, and Dutch Bros employees. Many of the employees looked like members of the band the Village People! Several of them even had construction worker hats and yellow vests on. Anyway, one of them started joking with me saying that Dutch Bros wasn’t open yet and that they were in process of building it and I shouldn’t have been driving through their construction site???????? Well I informed him that it says it’s open online SO he was wrong…. I told him I wasn’t leaving without my Dutch Bros, he laughed and gave me a thermos full of coffee and it actually tasted pretty good. my only complaint was backing up around all the construction and over the giant hoses was pretty...

Not a great experience. Got in line and was next in line to order and were told “the other girl will help you”. After they were done helping their order, they went back up to the front and then began helping the person behind us. Then the original girl came up to take our order like nothing happened despite us being the next customers to begin with. After that, we order our drinks to where after leaving, found one of our drinks was completely messed up and not at all what we ordered but fortunately, one was perfect. No extras that we paid for were added and the drink was still messed up. Plus, drinks were watery and tasteless. Really disappointed with this visit and won’t be coming back. Other Dutch bros will make the drinks much better and offer...

Love this location and the employees are always super sweet, but I've been having a major issue with my coffee the past few months. since around March I have visited at least a few times a week. Almost every time my lattes taste burnt. I used to be a barista so my hypothesis is that the staff are reusing espresso pucks instead of dumping out the grounds. Burnt and rerun shots is really disappointing when I pay around 10 bucks after tip :/

I know it can be overwhelming to be busy, but when your espresso shots taste like cigarette water it really brings...
