I went in there to compare prices of their tobacco after two mins of being in there I realized why pay 5 for two when I can pay 1.49 for two so I left no big deal right...wrong.... the guy come chasing after me saying empty your pockets now!! I turn around like what?!?! He like I know you stole from me so I empty my pockets and a iPhone and about 500 comes out I just look at him and say I probably make more money than you and I will never spend my hard earned money here ever. This guy had the nerve to say I dont care get out don’t come back. I don’t know if it was because he was wrong or felt embarrassed but that is NOT how you treat a customer. Don’t go here their prices are too high anyways. Update: I’ve only been to this shop ONCE I live in Bloomington for Christ sake I’ve never been arrested I’ve never even had a ticket. If this is how they treat their customers I’m glad I haven’t spent my money with them. The owner is a liar and trying to make them seem right for following me to my car. Read moreIf I could I would rate a minus. I purchased a vape base and barrow Oct. 22nd of this year it's now Nov.3rd and I charged up my vape had 8 or 9 draw's and it stop working. The screen was stuck in the charging screen. I went to the store and said I needed to return Had the receipt and charging cord the VERY RUDE employee with the green baseball hat on plugged it in clicked on the charge button several times and walked over tossed the vape unit in the box it came in and said I broke he's not going to return or exchange it and I don't know how to work it and told me to leave. He also said they don't warranty or guarantee any of the product they sell. No signage saying that but he said he didn't care what I say and get out. Worse customer service I've ever seen. Read moreI've been in this shop a few times over the years, and a handful of smoke shops in general. I never really expect anything with very brief interactions like these (its a smoke shop after all). My first couple times in here, it seemed to be like any other store. However, my most recent visits have been absolutely stellar thanks to one specific employee. I wish I would have asked for his name to include in here but all I can say is: this single employee is the whole reason I have loyalty to this shop now. Every time I enter, he is always brimming with positive vibes and helpful service. Genuinely makes me feel comfortable and welcome which can be hard to come by in 2025.
