Hollywood Nails — Local services in Roseville

Yes I was there, just a few months ago.i got a pedicure and a waxing of the eyebrows. I am giving you a right rating of 1 or 0 now. I had a bad experience at your salon. Nothing like the reviews said. I thought I had the wrong salon but I didn't. Hollywood Nails, it is ,correct. I didnt get the good experience at all or close to a good pedI and nothing like the video shows... i got soapy dishwater soap...noT good , great color ( they were out of a lot of them ) but was no oranges lemons , oils or lotion, masage or anything like that. There was No other customers , either. so why the rush... nothing like the reviews said. The Reviews , thats why I came to you but I was very dissapointed and upset. I spent money for something, i could do myself at home! IT Didn't feel like a salon experience , yes a Friendly staff had greeted me, thats about it. And No drinks or food for this lady either...smh lol are they serious? I'm not trying to be mean . I hate having to leave this review but others need to know it.then it upset me that i just gave a 1star and then your reply is that I was never even there. What a joke and a response to have. I'm not making it up or lying. i didn't even explain my experience and now I need to. so yall know and I was there! And dissapointed more with that response. Edit: So I went back today, and the lady that did my original fill, fixed the shape and color/ design, but I was changed $20 ( $21 because I used cashapp) to get it fixed.

I just pray I can go back and get this fixed. I came in for a gel fill and pedicure. I came in at 330 and needed to leave by 530. My feet were done by 4 by a really nice lady. my nails weren't started till about 430( they started to get busy). I expressed to the lead lady who was in the one to do my nails about needing to leave by 530, and she reassured me that she would be done by then. Once started, the lead woman got up at least twice to help another person. No biggie, but again, I had to leave by 530. She did apologize and thanked me for my patience. What I didn't like about my nails was the polish/ design. It was NOT giving anything like the picture. I didn't have time to tell the lady I didn't like it because by the time it was done, It was 540, and I had to rush out the door. They're nice people from what I experienced, but the quality wasn't what I expected. I hope they will be understanding and redo the polish. Been wanting to get my nails done for my bday month. I tried diptip for the first time. I was able to call in & got an appt for 4pm sameday which was nice. Nylon (I believe that's how you spell it, I totally forgot) took her time on my nails. Her work was almost exactly like the picture I showed her and I was impressed so I also tipped her more than most nail techs I've been to. I usually don't pay above $60-70 to get nails done. But this one was ombré with gems and well worth it. She was very kind and listened to what I asked of her. I feel the nail techs can be a hit or miss but don't count me on it. Communucation is key to getting what you want! There is definitely room for improvement such as an even gem placement, making sure nails aren't too close to cuticles, glue stuck on skin as pulling it a part can be painful. It wasn't perfect, but it was close enough. However, they should play music as it can help the atmosphere a bit. I would come back here for like simple nails but probably not gems. However, I was happy with my results anyway & love it....
