Alicia is very knowledgeable about different skin types and was able to recommend some different products and process of taking care of my skin. The atmosphere is relaxing, and she's very professional; she takes her time with you, doesn't rush through, isn't unnecessarily rough with her tools, and tells you about every product she is using on you, and the benefit of it for your skin....
