Creighton's WildFlowers Design Studio — Local services in Rossville

I called and spoke with the owner and felt really good about placing my long distance order with her. I was ordering for my aunt's 80th birthday so I wanted the flowers to be beautiful and nicely done. I received a picture of the arrangement upon delivery to my aunt's home in Rossville. I was disappointed and embarrassed. The arrangement was fairly similar to the one presented on the website however the flowers were wilted and looked to be several days old. My aunt mentioned that there was an insufficient amount of water in the vase; seems like a simple standard would be to ensure that cut flowers have plenty of fresh water. Flowers are not inexpensive but my main concern is the lack of care and pride that they seem to take in their product. If you use this vendor, proceed with caution.

In addition, she and her staff went the extra mile to demonstrate their concern by writing a lovely note to my Aunt and delivering a second spring arrangement to her. today. I needed an arrangement delivered to family members who live on Lookout Mountain for their 50th wedding anniversary. Not living in the area, I had no idea who to call. Creighton's WildFlowers Design Studio was located near by and I liked the photos on their website, so I took a chance and called them. I talked to a young lady who said her manager was out and would call me back in 20 minutes, and she did! I couldn't have been more pleased and Faith was a delight to work with - I was treated like a "regular" customer, not someone who called out of the blue. I immediately received an email stating the details of the order and then the next day, I received another email with date and time of the delivery. If I need more flowers delivered in their delivery area, I will definitely call again, as I am certain the arrangement was as fabulous as the service...

I selected designer's choice for a coworker's-family-member's funeral and was stunned at how beautiful a selection was made! I couldn't have asked for anything more unique and perfectly stunning. I have ordered a few times previously and have always been so happy with the outcome, but this was my first time selecting "Designer's Choice" because other florist usually throw the leftovers into this section. Not here! I believe Creighton's selects what they would want if it were their family or friend! This "Tricolor Rubber Tree" or Ficus Elastica (Ruby?) is easy to care for but at this size I can tell you that I had it delivered in a pretty basket for basically the same price as retail if I had taken it myself in a black nursery pot!
