Well this review is a bad good and premium review. The bad part was waiting around to speak to a sales person I literally had to ask to speak to someone so they could earn my business. I went to buy my first big purchase after starting my life over as a single person and empty nester and working customer service and retention for over 13 years I was shocked at the lack of knowledge and customer service from the sales people who I had to flag down to assist me. With such a big purchase I always ask questions to make a conscious choices. I was told that the bed I wanted came in 3 choices Basic Good and Premium I opted for the Good . I suffer from sciatica and lower lumbar damage plus work remotely and sit for 8hrs long story short I was sold the wrong one. After sleeping on an air mattress for 3 months and waiting two weeks on this bed just to get the wrong one yeah I was beyond frustrated and I was having a generally bad BAD day . But this story has a happy ending with the store manager coming in like Prince Charming and saving the day he was SO AMAZING!!!!! He not only apologized but made right beyond what I expected Ashley definitely has earned my business and has earned my business for many years since it’s the only furniture company my family shops at hence the reason I went here instead of Sears or ordering online....

Ordered the mattress October 24th and was told by our sales person it would take 3 weeks. I called on the 25th of November and the warehouse man, George, said he would have to check. Verified my phone number. No call. I called on the 4th of December and George the said he would go to the front and give me an exact time of delivery. He didn’t call back so my husband called spoke with The manager and George went home for the day. My husband gave the manager his phone number and he told my husband he would call him the next day . No call. I physically went down to the store, saw the manager and he said the mattress should have been delivered in 7-10 days. It’s the 5th of December, no mattress, no phone calls. Read moreRecently my wife and I went to the Roswell, NM Ashley store searching for a living room set; after finding one, we were given a price of $3600+. Thinking that was a little bit high we decided to check the Ashley website and found it for $2952+ tax. When I called the store I spoke with the manager who “looked up” the price on the website and said that it was telling him $4200, additionally he had the audacity to tell me “it seems like I need to charge more.” What he didn’t say was that he added 3 protection plans, shipping, and delivery plus set up charges. Quickly realizing how dishonest this man was we decided we would not spend our money there. I called the Ashley store in Albuquerque and they quoted me $2672 including tax. Almost $1000 less than Roswell and completely hassle free. We will never return to this store, higher prices albeit I can accept but not sleazy, dishonest...
