Starbucks — Restaurant in Roswell

I came in 8:30pm, 30 minutes before closing and they already ready turn off the sign. Larissa, the only person left at the shop was very unprofessional. She have really bad attitude and when we ask about the reward points, she doesn’t know anything. We ordered the dragon fruit drink and the strawberries açaí. She does not let us know that they out of the fruits. We only know about it when the drinks come out nothing like we expected, and that’s when she told us about the fruits. 3 stars because half the time service is great. Went in Sunday with only one order ahead of me and it still took over 20 mins to get my drink. Why? Because they were too busy talking to each other. It wouldn't have bothered me with them talking but they stopped working every time to talk and it wasn't about orders or work. Then because of this the one making drinks didn't know the order of the orders. She made the order behind me first then got rude because I asked if my drink was coming. Almost every time I go i get great fast service. There's one young guy there i can tell doesn't really know or care how to properly use customer service great. But the older ladies there are 10 out of 10! This is the fastest Starbucks in town for sure and one of the fastest ive ever been too.
