I met Nilima in one of our social events and learnt about Osome brows and the amazing services she provides. I signed up for a consultation after a few weeks and went over all my questions in detail with Nilima. Her customer service is amazing, Nilima not just answered all my questions but also assured me that the process is smooth, pain free and will make a huge difference. In how the brows will frame my face. I was confident after my consultation and decided to go meet Nilima in her brow studio after a few weeks. Her online appointment process is on point and smooth. Her studio is cute and organized and in a great location. At the appointment Nilima spent a good 1 hour mapping my brows. She is nimble and focused and I must say a true brow artist. She kept me engaged thru the session but also encouraged me to relax and nap while she worked my my brows. After the mapping was done, I couldn’t believe what a difference it made. My brows looked balanced and so well crafted and we were not even done at this point. She checked in with me every few mins and made the process pain free by periodically make sure she was applying cream so I felt no sensation. She has amazing music playing in the background that kept me relaxed while keeping a light conversation as she focused on my brows. Once the fill in was done, I walked out feeling confident and happy that I not just found a trusted brow technologist who excelled in the craft of micro feathering and nano blading but also someone who really cared and advised you what works best for me my skin type and my lifestyle. I had such a wonderful experience at O’some Brows for lip blushing. I came here for a touch up since my original artist was booked and Nilima gave me a full treatment at such a good and low price. She met up with me for a consult and was so patient even though i was really late. I felt like she understood my vision and was willing to give me exactly what i wanted. She truly understands South Asian skin tones and is so knowledgable about how to go about correcting the hyperpigmentation.

I really appreciate that she let me pick whichever color I wanted and the shape, which also made me feel like my opinions mattered! She took her time, made me feel comfortable by showing each step and asking how i'm doing, and wasn’t rushed at all. I’m so excited to see how it turns out! Even though I am picky, Nilima was so understanding and listened, she was also very gentle when touching my lips which is what I had asked.
