Ann Taylor Factory Store — Local services in Round Rock

Lina was extremely rude and unprofessional during our transaction. She spoke down to me and even laughed at me when I told her I was returning the products I purchased the week prior. All items had original tags and receipts per policy and were unwashed and unworn. She said I was “dishonest” and had “clearly worn the items” when they were still in the exact condition I purchased them in last week, they hadn’t even left the bag. Luckily the manager was able to finish the return, and show some kindness. The items were for an event that was canceled, so I couldn’t have worn them even if I wanted to. Great clothes! Very chic and stylish But poor customer service. A woman cut in front of me in the line. The cashier saw what happened, looked at me, and didn't even acknowledge what occurred. She proceeded to help the woman who moved past me and treated me like I did not even exist. An extremely rude individual was working in the dressing room. I did not realize that they were cleaning out the dressing rooms. I went in the dressing room and she very disrespectfully told me to get out so she can clean it. The $200 dollars of clothes I had in my hand went on the rack and I left. This is not the first time that I have been in this store and I have witnessed them being rude to people. I will Never come back...
