Launderland — Local services in Rowland Heights

Today, we went for laundry as usually weekends we go there, one lady claiming herself as assistant manager and she told me that I can not use the dryer as she has lot of clothes. Other lady who looks like a cleaning lady started to yell at me. She had occupied lot of dryers so only available dryer, I tried using as I had 2 minutes left in washer and this so called assistant manager lady is so rude and she started yelling at me. She had other 4-5 people approximately with her. Cleaning lady yelled at me as well. When I told her that I only have 1 min left so please calm down, she lied that she didn't yell. Very bad experience. I don’t know if she is racist or what but terrible experience. I called the owner and owner said he doesn't have any assistant manager but he only has cleaning crew. I requested the owner to come at the laundromat to see whats going on as the lady is lying and yelling and trying to threaten me but he wasn't able to come. He is aware about the situation and he apologized to me for that lady's behavior. We have been going to this place since long and never saw this lady before and no issues before so I asked the owner that I will only come again (as owner behavior was not wrong towards me) when this rude and liar lady is not at the place as she lies a lot and I also saw other negative reviews about this lady that she lies and calls police on everyone even though she is a part of cleaning, she falsely claims herself as an assistant manager of the place.

I was thrilled when they re-opened! Wmesoecially with all the new machines that work just fine. Offering loads from single-5+ loads per machine. It's GREAT! BUT...EXCEPT MY LAST WASH EVENING. WHEN OT WAS CUT SHORT AT LIZERALLY 9PM WHEN CLOSING IS 10PM. I'm a mother and work 6days a week and Friday is my only off. So I come here to get my weeks worth of Lau dry done and the cleaning crew comes and takes over. I mean they literally were vacuuming I'm my face with the dust getting unto my newly washed clean clothes and sheets. One stood next to me starring straight at me with face like "hurry up lady!!" and as I rushed to remove my clothes (now going to be wrinkled because I couldn't even fold them there anymore)I asked what time does this place close?? She said 10pm but it's past 9:00 and they have to start this time and we should start taking our loads out. And they tool out other people clothes and stuff from the dryers when it wasn't even done and nit even closing time... my gosh! I love hard working people because I myself work hard to make a living for my family. But bad days come we can't bring it to work with us.. I got home and everything, my uniforms, kids school clothes, jeans were all wrinkled! Wasted my money coz had to dryer them again the next day just to remove...

This laundry mat is clean and machines are real nice and clean. But the staff that cleans and closes at night has to be the rudest group I have come across. The last in charge talks to people with no respect and wants to do everything, clean while people are still using machines and if you don't move out of her way then you better watch out for her earth. If she wants to clean and everyone out of way then she should close at 9 instead of saying it closes at 10. My thinking is they want to close at 10 and we are hurrying up to be out on time, but worth this lady she wants to mop the floor and close the place down before 10. She has the worse customer service and worse customer relationship skills. Then she wants to tell me that I was parked illegally in the parking lot, when I was loading my laundry. So I guess the laundry owns the parking lot to. I say stay away from this laundrymat.its not worth the headaches of dealing with the last or her daughter who has a mouth on her to. I guess they are the owners that's why they are still working there. P please tell your family and friends do not go to this business, they will have the worse...
