UPDATE: June 15th, 2019. I'm adding a star. Their customer service responded very fast trying to reach out to me based on my review. I'm not going to take them up on it, I'm too busy. But kudos to the Reach Out customer service.
ORIGINAL REVIEW : Well it was free car wash today June 14th 2019 at Quick Quack Car Wash. Did a quick run through. They collect your email and license plate for this however. They do have a disclaimer sign about what they do not take responsibility for as you enter their car wash pay booth area. I drive a 2005 Dodge Ram 3500
Their wash ripped off my front license plate from one of its mounting screws. I suppose it could have been getting loose from other car washes but I'll never know. My mirrors (driver side worse) were misaligned when I got done and this despite that I had folded my mirrors in. Unlucky isolated event? Maby. Never had that before though. Thank goodness I remove my antenna when I go through car washes these days.
The shine was lackluster compared to my usual (and I'm comparing automatic car washes not comparing it to a hand wash, that would be unfair) place.
Tire shine is... there nothing extra special.
I did notice some new Swirls and scratches. I'm not convinced this is completely avoidable with automatic car washes. But to me it was more noticeable this run through. Perhaps their polishing and finishing isn't as good has my other place?
The dryer-blowers weren't as effective as my usual drive-thru car wash.
My truck bed wasn't unusually dirty it just had a little bit of debris and slight dirt left in the truck bed. I hauled some mulch for my flower beds still had leftover multchy stuff from quite awhile ago. I usually have my tonneau cover on, so that leftovers stuff has just been staying put for a while. This was my opportunity to finish cleaning it out because I'd already blown out most of it with my lawn Blower. Quick Quack Car Wash did get more of it out but some of it just got stirred around some more in the truck bed crevices. Oh well, might be with that way with other car washes too, right?
I did like that the vacuum area had sun shade covered parking spots. This was later in the evening. In summer the Sun hits the South Side of buildings and unfortunately that is where their vacuum area is. For the evening that I went the shade covered well. And I will say the suction on their vacuums is good.
They did give me one free Dash wipe. Maybe I've been spoiled, my other place gives me a free Dash wipe (sometimes two) and air freshener.
I'll guess I'll be staying with my regular place, Mountain shine...
Read moreIt’s not every day you meet someone who turns a car washing job into an art form, but Dax is nothing short of a prodigy. From the moment you drive into the lot, you can tell there’s something special about the way he approaches his work. Every movement is precise, purposeful, and filled with care—like he’s not just washing a car but restoring its soul.
Dax doesn’t just clean your car; he transforms it. His attention to detail is unparalleled—no smudge too small, no corner too tight for his meticulous touch. Watching him work is like watching a master painter at an easel. Somehow, he always leaves your car looking brand new, no matter how beaten up it was when you drove in.
But what truly sets Dax apart is his uncanny ability to connect with people. He doesn’t just see the dirt on the car; he sees the person behind the wheel. This became glaringly evident one afternoon when he didn’t just clean a car—he saved a life.
A man pulled into the car wash looking pale and unsteady, his vehicle covered in mud and scratches as if he’d driven through a battlefield. Dax immediately noticed something was off. While the man insisted he was fine and just wanted a wash, Dax’s sharp instincts told him otherwise.
As he worked, Dax struck up a conversation, gently coaxing the man to open up. It turned out the man had been in a car accident earlier that day, shaken and likely in shock. Worse, he mentioned he’d been experiencing chest pain and dizziness ever since.
Without hesitation, Dax stopped everything and called for medical assistance. He stayed by the man’s side, calming him and making sure he didn’t drive off before help arrived. Paramedics later confirmed that the man had been on the verge of a heart attack. If Dax hadn’t acted when he did, the situation could have turned fatal.
This story spread through the town like wildfire, solidifying Dax’s reputation as more than just a car wash attendant. He’s a compassionate, perceptive, and selfless individual who goes above and beyond in every aspect of his work.
If you’re looking for someone who will treat your car like it’s a priceless treasure and make you feel like a valued human being in the process, Dax is your guy. He’s proof that greatness isn’t about where you work but how you do it—and how much heart you bring to the job.
Dax isn’t just a car washer; he’s a legend.
Thank you Dax for...

They are crooks and only care about the money, and not there customers. I was told when I signed up for the membership that I could cancel at any time of the subscription, that was a lie. I was told if I didn't get billed it would not auto renew part way through the month, that was also a lie.
I was not told about a 10 cancelation policy, and when I tired to cancel the first time I was givin the run around and some stupid reason on why I couldn't cancel. And the second time the lady on the phone said it was canceled. And then I got billed on the 8th of the following month. And was told they couldn't honor a refund do to a late payment. So I called customer services and spoke with Jorge, and he was very rude and dismissive of my situation. And when I asked to speak to a supervisor he gave very vague and short information. And it got denied again. (Probably because of the vauge information about the situation.)
I don't recommend this place to anyone just based off of the customer service I received throughout multiple interactions. Take your money elsewhere and don't waist your time. Your better off just going to a gas station to get a car wash. It's cheaper and the same quality.
The company I work for has a very generous return policy and sometimes we stress it for certain circumstances. Because we care about the customer. These guys only care about money and they just proved it to me.
Be very weary about this place. They are crooks that don't care about you. Just your wallet.
//////UPDATE//////
Talked with the supervisor about the the whole conversation, as well as what the rep in the building told me while signing up and she was also no help whatsoever. She just told me " I don't make the policy I just enforce it" such a cop out. I've tried canceling multiple times and I gave the same information to the third customer service rep as I did the last two. The supervisor also hung up on me mid sentence. When I was asking for a email saying that my membership truly was canceled. They litteraly will milk you for money. Stay away. Also they have a 1.78 star on BBB that should tell...
