Royal Inn & Suites — Hotel in Roy

Mexican guy 'managing' the place there looks at me like I'm his enemy when I come in to the office. I just barely checked- in there. Yet he is the one that keeps making problems. Everyday his story changes about fixing certain issues, which would be more understandable if he'd at least call me and tell me. But he chooses to leave me hanging, so to speak, instead. That's why I've been in the office a lot. He has no business dealing with people, as he has no people skills. He blames everybody except himself for the issues. Yet he is the one that took up the job as manager there. He is a pathological liar. He lies even when it is not necessary. He just seems hateful, racist (I've dealt with racist mexicans before so I know), arrogant for nothing, plays way too many games and is not professional. I've tried to reach out to him and open up some communication so things go smoothly but he's just trying to make things difficult and trying to give me a hard time- the OPPOSITE of what he in a customer service position is supposed...

This place should not be in business. The night we stayed there was a guy standing at my door looking in my window, who apparently lives there but not near the room we were in. Police were called and the manager “John” called me a fuc$ing bit*h for calling the police. Also, was advised by the officer to leave this place. Tried to get my money back and of course the guy was a prick. The room were in was beyond disgusting and the other rooms are still under construction. This place is full of drug addicts and drug dealers and the manger must be involved for him to be so upset that the police were called. Beware!!!! Stay away from this place!!!! You have...

There are 4 adults and 2 dogs that are gainfully employed, yet between homes! For months now, we have tried to get ahold of the Royal Inn to not avail. Yesterday, as we were in desperate need, the front desk finally answered and there was one room that was available... Staff are nice and friendly and prices are comparable, but room 116 is a hole! The tub has cigarette burns on and in it and the shower curtain also has burn holes. The toilet seat is broken. The bathroom door doesn't shut. The television is like 21", No smoke detector, needs paint and all outlets...
