Experience: I was at the produce section and the container of blueberry got opened and spilled accidental. So I went over to the blonde long haired employee that was working and asked her for a broom because I had accidentally spilled some blueberries or that if she could call someone. She called for clean up on the Walkie with an attitude. I went back to the blueberries and was trying use the container to pile them up so that customers won’t step on them and as I was doing that a blueberry rolled under the middle display. The blonde came shouting saying don’t throw them under the display! I said I’m not I was just trying to pile them. She tells me “Don’t do anything!” so I say ok.Then another employee appears to the call for clean up and she tells the employee that I was intently throwing them under the display and is speaking about me in front of me. I tell her I was not doing that and that why did she have such an attitude when accidents happen. To Aldi’s Corporate: No one should treat a customer with such an attitude and a horrible demeanor. I was willing to pick up the blueberry’s myself but to talk about you customer to another employee in the customers face as well to shout a guest that’s to far. For this reason I won’t be returning to your location. Poor customer relation and horrible disposition...
Read moreI just got home from shopping at the Aldi store in Royal Palm Beach. I was ready to check out when I saw that the conveyor belt where you have to display your products was all sticky and wet. very polite I asked to the cashier on duty at 4pm on Monday, January 20th if she had anything I could clean up. At first she looked at me like I was an alien and with a bad attitude said NO. I proceeded to place some of my products on a piece of cardboard and she promptly told me that I was not allowed to do that and again with a really bad attitude . . I immediately put the box down and followed her instructions. As soon as she started checking all the products she started throwing all my stuff to the shopping cart again with anger and again a bad attitude. When the cashier proceeded to give me the receipt, I obviously did not thank her. I took my receipt and left. As I was leaving the store, my son told me to turn around because she was making faces at me from behind. She definitely doesn’t know how to do her job and her customer service deserves a CERO. That’s why you go to other stores pay a little more money but they treat you with kindness...
Read moreYou have to know a few things before you go here. They charge 25 cents to use a shopping cart. You must bring your own bags as they do not use bags. They are very limited on brand names. They have thier own brand names .(ei Millville). Some of their brands are terrible tasting. ( I bought Millville version of Honey Smacks and it was horrible). There's no fancy way of displaying goods. It's cut open a box and stack it up.You wont find everything you need. Checkout lines are usually long because only one register is open. The trick is to experiment with the different brands. Find one you like and remember to buy THAT one again, next time. The meat tastes like it's been previously frozen. I bought "fillet Mignon" and although cheap, it was not that great. Its also usually crowded there too with no set traffic pattern of people walking aimlessly in a cloud. You will find some real good deals there but it's...
