Hey everyone, My full name is Timothy Michael Parrish. I recently was having some problems with a few games on my machine and it just seemed like the performance did not match the specs. I had recently tried to install an AIO cooler which i had never done before and a new CPU and afterwards I was having massive frame hitching and stuttering issues. I also couldn't get my windows security updates. I tried a few things that just didn't work. I went to school for PC repair a loooong time ago, and my training was only for Windows XP and older versions. I haven't had much time lately and just didn't want to be bothered by having to go through all the troubleshooting myself. Even though I'm pretty competent and good with computers (I even enjoy a little programming in C++, Lua, Python, Java, Javascript, and HTML languages), I decided that I really needed some experts to take a look at my machine and ensure there were no malware, malfunctioning Hardware/software, or any other issues and that my machine was performing the way it was supposed to. If you Want to find a place that will treat you right and not overcharge you then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! If you are tired of most PC Repair places telling you they can't do much in regards to Video Games issues or they just don't have the diagnostics to do it, then THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU! They left no stone unturned in fixing my issue! They made it their personal mission to take care of my pc problems. Also, it is very important to mention They have a gentleman working there who used to be a game tester for "War thunder". Most people may not know this, but "Technical Game testers" must have a good understanding of game development processes, as well as programming languages, hardware, and software. They must be familiar with different platforms, such as PC, console, and mobile devices (depending on the software they are testing). So that ought to tell u how good they are at understanding Gaming/performance issues. I can't say enough how rare it is to find a repair center that is like that. Forget every other place. Fix-My-PC-Store offers the best value and the best service around! They made me feel genuinley like a VIP customer! They gave excellent insight on my issues and improved my performance so much that it's like night and day now. Thank you so much "Fix My PC Store"! This is the best place to bring your gaming PC or any devices that they work on. I could tell right from the start that they knew exactly what they were doing when it came to PC's as well as game performance diagnosis which is quite rare to find these days. If your PC isn't strong enough to run certain things they can give you great recommendations to upgrade but In my case my PC was good enough to play the games, it just needed a little tender loving care from these Great professionals. If you need a great repair place at a truly great price then stop reading my review and call them already! This Place Rocks! Thank you so much to all you guys at the 10140 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL location! This is the place everybody! There is No Contest! If you don't believe me about the very low cost I was charged, Just call around and ask other places how much they charge just to look at and diagnose(but not necessarily fix) your PC! You will find that these guys are the fairest! I had such a good experience with them that I actually decided that I must write this Novella-sized review and give them the Clout and Credit...
Read moreI can not begin to tell you how upset I am with the service of this store. My initial estimate for an iPad screen replacement for an iPad 5 was a certain dollar amount and one hour. I eventually received my iPad back weeks later with more money.
The only reason that I went to this store in the first place is that they quoted me $130.00 for an iPad Air 2 screen replacement. When I drove to the strore, it turned out that it was actually $280.00. Since I had an iPad 5 to repair also, I left that one and took the iPad Air 2 back. I was quoted one hour to fix so I waited in the area.
The repair tech broke a part (the home button) while fixing and told me that the real problem was the bent frame and underplayed that he accidentally broke the button. The bent frame was easily apparent in the initial quoting process though. He noted it in the estimate but still said it would be an hour. I had to leave the iPad for âtwo daysâ to order a new button.
I kept being told that I would be called when the repair was complete. But I had to call for status updates myself over and over through the process. The home button alone had to be reordered three times since it was always wrong. I was even told it was done once then when I arrived to pick it up it up i was told it was not ready.
Over a month later, and four different physical trips to the store with no offer of restitution or even sympathy, i finally got my iPad back. But with a lifted corner that required me to purchase a $50 case to cover.
This store is aweful for iPad repairs. DO...

Website description: "Fix my PC Store offers to buy your old computers so that we may recycle and refurbish the parts to be used in other products. Currently, we are only offering buybacks on computers dating back to the Windows Vista operating system."
I call BS, I was trying to sell my computers/parts for little money so I can buy a new motherboard for my newly built computer. But do to 'management' they can't buy the parts I had because 'the parts don't have a warranty' on the items. Why would a 2008 computer part have a warranty still? I would simply would have taken $10 per part so they can recycle them so I don't have to haul these parts around anymore, but nope... do to 'management'.
Lastly, how about when you create a website include ALL the details without having people waste gas in order to find out that you can't solve their problem. Best of all there aren't even that many PC stores in the West Palm Beach area, maybe one or two stores (include this store), shouldn't you be better than this? Now my best bet is to sell these parts on eBay or Craigslist.
I will NOT be going to this PC Store anytime soon. You have...
