I have an IPhone SE. I jumped into the pool with it and didn’t realize it for about 5 minutes. After failing to fix it by drying it out in rice,I took it to Guru’s. Michael was working the counter and he immediately showed me how to tell that my phone had condensation in it. He told me their charge for drying it out and that may or may not fix it. If it needed more work they would contact me and let me know what else it would take and how much the additional charge would be. I left my phone with them. Between 2 and 3 hours later he called and my phone needed some repair and what the cost would be. I told him to go ahead. A short while later my phone was ready. The total time taken was less than 5 hours and the cost was far less than my deductible would have been to get an insurance policy replacement. I had a power surge at my home that damaged the timer board on our tanning bed. A new board was going to be extremely expensive. I contacted Guru Pro Services to see if they could repair the board. It wasn't something that they normally see but assured me that they would diagnose it and see if it could be repaired. I mailed it to them, and they determined that it could be fixed. Sure enough, after ordering new parts for the board, they quickly repaired it and shipped it back to me. The communication from them was top notch the whole time. The repair worked perfectly. They have sold phones and made repairs of phones (when I dropped or watered them). Service was fast and responsible.

They have also made repairs to my computer. It was such a good job that I have not needed to return.
