CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Rutherford College

So I get my medicine here every month. Use the app and it lets me know when my meds are ready to pick up. But the last 2 times when I get there, i have to wait on them to fill my meds. And 2 months ago when I get there to get my medicine, the rude older lady working the drive up window tells me that I can't get them til the next day. I tell her the app notified me that I could come get it and she told me the app is wrong. And the app does not know about regulations and when meds can legally be filled. I tried my best to be nice and let her know that the app is designed for that. That's exactly what it's for. It's programmed for that. She then got nastier and told me well what she says go and that I can't have my meds til the following day. And then I get on the app and look and they had totally kicked my meds out of the que so that I had to press refill again, except she had it blocked where I couldn't press the button. So further Investigation revealed that she had changed the day that I had refilled the prior month just so that I could t get my meds that day. I put a complaint into corporate on the lady, changed my refill to the 24 hr cvs across town and they filled them immediately without any questions. Basically the lady stereotyped me, and took it upon herself to try to make my day terrible. But all she did was show her true colors and show how petty some people can be in this world.
