My initial visit with this dealership was horrible. They completed a repair that I did not agree to have done and ever since they've done that repair my car has ran horribly took it there again to have the transmission flush because my car was not running correctly. I was sent a whole list of things that they thought I should have repaired. When I arrived to pick up my car, they're financing company had pre-approved me for money to pay for that repair. However, I was then told that I was not approved. They agreed to allow me to pay the bill of almost $700 the next week. The technician told me that the car had been driven and was driving great. I got 5 mi down the street and my car continued to have the same issues and has progressively gotten worse. I called to reschedule another visit at the dealership. However I was told that there would be no loaner for me. That there is a waiting list. I have a job that I have to go to everyday and their customer service is horrible. There are several people there who talk to the customers very rudely. At this point I feel like I've been given the runaround and they are pushing me to the point where my car is going to be undrivable because they make no accommodations for their customers. My journey began by thoroughly researching 2 different manufacturers' models and features online. After Test driving, verifying rebates, dealer incentives etc., I contacted multiple dealerships, and gave them my exact requirements with OTD pricing. He came in early, texted me updates and found my vehicle in another state. Kasey secured the transaction, and my vehicle was on its way. I met him for the first time when I picked up my vehicle. Read moreService manager is beyond rude!!! My 2018 tucson was towed to the dealer, engine failure on a 3 yr old vehicle! The second the car came off the tow truck they started saying i doubt its covered, sure enough the next day they said it wasn't. I called to speak to the service manager and he wouldn't even let me speak, constantly over running me and yelling your vin says not covered and no recalls. Wouldn't even listen to me about the class action that was recently approved and settled. The NHTSA site even says the vehicle is covered but he didn't want to hear it. Then the stealership called yesterday to say we have a denial letter from Hyundai corporate you can come get. I have an open case with Hyundai but still no resolution.
