My experience with UA has been great. I ordered a lower without knowing the FFL I chose does not accept 3rd party transfers. UA called and left a message on a Thursday and when I called on Friday I could not get through to talk to anyone. At this point I was a little frustrated and unhappy. I sent an email as well as left a message. Monday morning came and I called and got an answer right away. I explained my situation and while on the phone the gentleman looked up my email and said he would get right on it (had to choose different FFL). Later that morning I got a call back to be informed they contacted my FFL and all was well. Later that afternoon I got another call informing me my product was being shipped and my FFL should be receiving it soon. I feel like UA went a little out of their way on this one to call me more than once to let me know what was going on when it was my mistake to begin with. This is by far the worst company I’ve went through, they’re a scam. Purchase equipment that I did not receive. After telling me to walk through the steps to obtain the shipping label which I did not once but twice. They kept saying the shipping label was emailed to me. NEVER RECEIVED in their consult for the issue to be resolved they requested me to pay to have the equipment shipped back to them in order to get my refund. Not to mentioned I’ve already paid shipping and equipment fees not once but twice through unbranded AR and bargain pawn where the equipment is currently stored.
