I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with this place and the selections. I've tried a few. Strawberry shortcake......ammmmmmazing. I always felt welcome at lumberjacks and didn't mind the drive but trips were limited due to the store being in Dowling. Now OPEN in Hastings, I can visit more frequently . Yes I've tried delivery from other places. But when it got to me... Didn't look anything like what I asked for . Never been disappointed with lumberjacks. I have no need to go anywhere else. I feel like I'm going to a friend's house when I walk in the door. Was extremely disappointed. Idk if this review goes to the new owners or not but nothing has changed. When it was lumberjack I stopped going there because of the customer service. I saw they were owned by new people so I stopped in to check it out and it was the same. Any question that I asked I got looked at like I was stupid. The lady who was working there acted like her life was miserable. She gave me and my fiancé attitude and couldn't answer my questions. She acted very bothered by us and was an unpleasant setting. On top of that, the product that was bought was packed so tight I couldn't even smoke it. I don't see myself going there AGAIN after...
