ALDI — Local services in Rutland Charter Township

Love Aldi for it's prices and limited brands. No one needs 75 kinds of BBQ sauce. It's easy to shop for what you need. If they don't carry your item, there are other places to get it. They have items that other stores don't carry. I love the nonfood aisles! The cute and practical plus the fun and silly things you can find. The Internet is always abuzz with the great Aldi "finds". Check them out. I'm sad to see the self checkouts. I understand there is a shortage of people who want to work. This Aldi is in a small town and there are people who need jobs. I wish they employed more people and had fewer...

Check out is not great. This is definitely one area where they could improve. They usually throw/toss items in the cart. I have had to tell them that we must exchange two liters of soda right after tossing them into the cart because we planned on opening them within an hour of purchase. I have, however, had male cashiers that do not throw groceries. The best resolution for this would be self checkout or hire only...

The prices make it easy for me to budget ..but last time I was there a kid took all the quarters out of thr carts we leave those behind for others to have in case we forget our change ...sad to think people think this is ok behavior.
