Fish Hatchery Park — Attraction in Hastings

My grandparents used to take me here as a kid. It has been years since I've been here, but my wife and I recently had our son's first birthday party here. My mom was able to reserve the pavilion right by the parking lot. Our reservation was posted behind glass in a shadow box. That was helpful because people were under our pavilion when we showed up and all we had to do was show them that. There were public bathrooms right by the pavilion. So I've taken in most of the 18-year-old disc golf courses within the hundred mile radius of Ionia area. I have overlooked the nine-hole courses for a long time. But now I am looking into all of the ones that I overlooked before and I'm coming to realize how beautiful some of these nine-hole horses are. This one is no joke for a little course. Great park! This park has a baseball field, a soccer field, tennis courts, a basketball court, fountains,public restrooms, and two pavilions perfect for a picnic in the park.
