I stopped with a friend on 8-9-19. It was around 300. I went to give my order, said i had the 32 ounce cups, 2 of them. His response was are you sure they are 32 and not 20, ha ha ha, just kidding. I let it go and ordered. He gave me my total. I go to biggby all the time. I know how much my orders are. And i knew, playing around, he had gotten it wrong. I even repeated it back. I got it he says. I pull up to window, no one comes to get my cups. A young girl walks over and sits two 20 ounce teas behind the girl in the window. I am still sitting there. Finally she opens the window. I asked if those were mine. Yes she says. I said no. These are the cups i said to use. They are 32 ounce. She offrered to pour the teas in them. I said that is not what i asked for. She said i can fix it. Give me your cups and i will ring you up for the 32 ounce. No. Im not opposed to paying for what i want. But you played around taking the order, never took my cups to fill when i got to window, left me waiting at window, and waiting and waiting, only to try to give me the order you got wrong. Why. Because you were playing around. This is not how you keep customers. I am a resturant manager and customer service is huge to me. There was not even an apology offered. So i left. There were better ways to handle this, starting with the manager paying attention to their order takers. I personally wear a headset myself to moniter my crew. I get that they are young. But they are old enough to have jobs and therefore considered to be at least moderately responsible. It was very frustrating. Its not the first time i have had problems there, but i tryed to be fair because mistakes happen. However. 3rd time is charm and unlike alot of people i wont keep coming back expecting different results and getting mad. I will not be returning. I hope you will take steps to improve service for your future...

Called them by name, chit chatted. FINALLY got my Coffee. Asked if the extra shot was in it. They had forgotten the one gentleman's extra shot. I just wanted to be sure I had mine. Guess what??? No Extra Shot. Not extra hot... found out after I had left. Yes it was a free points drink. I have always been able to get an extra shot of espresso with the free drink. Very dissatisfied & disappointed. And I didn't go back because I was driving a Bus & it is a very odd, hard to manuver...

However, when I got my drink at the window, the girl handed me a stack of coupons for buy one get one free. I asked her if this was some thing I could use starting today. She said yes. I told her I was confused why I wasn’t able to apply it to the order I just had. She just stared at me and then told me I could pull back around and order some drinks again.
