Vermont Bedrooms/Bed Express — Local services in Rutland Town

I really enjoyed the purchase experience at Bed Express. I was avoiding This place at first but after going to Sleepy's I figured it couldn't be any worse. When at Sleepy's I felt like I was at a high pressure car dealership. I went to Bed Express and didn't feel that way at all. Just pure knowledge was given and no pressure to buy at all. No up sell pressure but more just trying to find out the mattress that felt the best. Now what I most hate about any store is when the price is not displayed. As we wanted a mattress only at Sleepy's they had to look up the price on every mattress. That took about 3 - 5 minutes every time. Then I looked on there website while in the store and the prices they were giving me were $50 higher that the website every time. Well needless to say I packed my family up and left. The following day we went to Bed Express. Total opposite! We went in and all pricing was proudly displayed. Not only did we not get up sold but we kinda were down sold in a way as we ended up purchasing a mattress for much less than what we had for a budget. I was so super stoked that I think I will return and buy a new bed frame and possibly end tables. Ours are good and solid but a bit dated. I liked what I saw when I was there so I think it may be time to return...

Preface: I haven't bought anything from this store, yet. However, unless we find the deal of a life time next weekend when we go back out, my wife and I will, for sure, be back to purchase from Vermont Bedrooms and Dustin. He was incredible, especially since we told him up front we were not looking to buy that day. He found the best bed for us, had great knowledge of everything and was very sincere. I had to take away a star because after I ordered my bed...no one contacted me to let me know it had arrived, or set up delivery. I waited 3 weeks for my bed before I called them and set up delivery myself. I actually got my bill before I got my bed.
