One of the worst customer experiences and the manager is not helpful at all and being very rude.
We ordered 3 pizza online. We end up getting only two pizza right and the third pizza is not only wrong but also half-eaten!!!!!!!!!!! In this insane world of COVID-19, we feel very uncomfortable about the whole situation.
We tried to solve the issue by calling the store and the manager is not helpful at all in solving our problem. The only option the manager provided is that we drove all the way back and they can make us a new pizza (we live 30 minutes away, and given the snow condition on 11/27/2021, it is unsafe for us to drive back and forth in the night). All we want is a refund the pizza or deliver the right pizza to our address.
Instead of apologizing, the manager accusing us for being rude, accusing us for wanting to cheat a $8 pizza, threatening us and hanging up on us.
This is such a wonderful “treat” for a thanksgiving Friday night, thank you for ruining our night and I wish all the potential customers to be aware of the issues and avoiding this place...

So I get told it's going to take 15 minutes to get one and obviously I ask if there is some sort of comp I can receive since I looked it up and many other restaurants offered a free pizza if there was my one ready between "Hot n Ready" hours. The manager didn't even take her time to tell me directly that I was SOL, I had to hear it from via her very rudely telling the extremely scared looking employee in the back, that it was just 'Too bad' I don't know about anyone else but my definition of Hot n Ready between 4-8 pm means that they are supposed to have pizza "HOT N READY" between these times. Read moreI can't understande how "restaurants" in the area stay open. This is the second time in two days we have received the wrong food from two different places in Rutland (they are not connected in any way so this is becoming an issue). Today the pizza we received was completely wrong, not even close. Also the crazy bread was missing. Now after getting delivery (directly through Little Caesars, not a third party) my wife was just told she had to drive the food back to the restaurant so they could "confirm" it was incorrect.
