First, the electric cart I needed to use because of my mobility issues only got me to the Chinese food counter, then stopped, even though the gauge said it was fully charged. Finally got it moving again, barely, after considerable effort. When I got my Chinese food home, I discovered that my broccoli beef was all broccoli and not one shred of beef. NOT what I asked or paid for. Needless to say, I'm not happy with this particular experience. This is the update to my previous review: I received a response from the owner, giving me a phone number to call, offering to "make this right". I called the number. The woman I talked to was very unpleasant. She had a highly negative attitude, and kept demanding my loyalty number. I had a card years ago, but apparently she couldn't find my records under the 2 phone numbers I thought it might be under. She also kept asking for the email address I used on my review. I tried to explain that I didn't use an email, it was through Google Maps, but she kept trying to look up my email, and sounded like she was getting irritated and didn't want to be bothered with me since she couldn't come up with a loyalty account. She finally asked for my phone number and said someone would be calling me in a day or two. It's been over a week and no phone call. Read moreI was just at this particular store waiting for my sister to come out the store and saw a white woman walk out with 4 packs of baby back ribs without paying now I myself black woman walk in the store the manager herself has followed me and the security guard constantly follows me every time im in there and I am in there often I am being watch from aisle to aisle until I leave and I still see them in front when I walk out. Read moreThe things I like about this store is they have good quality food and love the Chinese food. The things I don’t care for is the small produce section, how they label and display certain food items because it sometimes is tricky to figure out what brands are on sale (canned soup) for instance at the end of the rows. Please just put the brand that’s on sale, not multiple brands and some have a better price than others. Lastly the guy on the phone who I called to ask to check a price for something is rude. First he didn’t listen, cut me off, put me on hold and came back giving me a price for something I didn’t ask for. Then I had to tell him what I wanted and had to wait on hold again.
